In this interactive class, participants will learn to create:
- Nigiri (hand-pressed sushi)
- Inari (sweet tofu pouch sushi)
- Hosomaki (thin roll)
- California Roll
The session begins with a brief introduction to essential Japanese ingredients — such as dashi, miso, and traditional seasonings — followed by a demonstration.
Next, participants will prepare sushi: starting with tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), which will be used as a filling in the sushi rolls. Then, prepare sushi rice and toppings like shrimp. Once everything is ready, participants will learn how to roll and shape their own sushi with complete guidance.
After crafting the sushi, enjoy the meal with miso soup, fresh wasabi, and pickled ginger — the instructors provide support every step of the way, so relax and enjoy!
Note: Pre-sliced fish is used. This class does not include raw fish cutting instruction.
