• 1.If the Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other factors, the ticket fee 1000JPY will be refunded
• 2.Due to the booking platform’s privacy settings, we can’t see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
• 3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
• 4.The tour guide will be holding a yellow flag with ‘Gogoday Travel’ at the meeting point. Please provide the guide with the name and phone number you used to place the booking. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
• 5. Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable, and visibility of Mount Fuji cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding
