Amazing Atmosphere and Service - My experience was outstanding! The place is fantastic — clean, organized, and very welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. I came with friends and we had an unforgettable time. Highly recommended!

Amazing day with Haroto - We had a fantastic day on the private Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour from Shimizu Port. We saw and learned so much in a short time, and everything was perfectly paced.
Our guide Haruto was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable, and he did a wonderful job getting us to the best spots at the right time. The scenery was breathtaking, and the whole experience felt relaxed and well organized.

Great day with Midosoki - We had a fantastic, fun-filled day with our guide Midosoki, a local with excellent English and deep knowledge of the Mt Fuji and Hakone areas. Before the tour, he reached out to us to work out a schedule based on the places we wanted to see and what was feasible in our time. Midosoki has a great understanding of the region and shared fascinating insights and history at each stop. A lot of time was saved because we could simply follow him — he knew the best routes and how to navigate between spots efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services

Great Hakone Tour - Akira was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the area. He was flexible and happy to adjust the itinerary based on our interests. We visited the stunning Hakone Open-Air Museum and enjoyed breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, which were absolutely unforgettable. The tour was excellent, and the scenery made it even more special.

Fun and Memorable Day at Mt. Fuji and Hakone - Hideoshi was a wonderful guide who made our day at Mt. Fuji and Hakone truly memorable. He is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. Wonderful day in Fuji and Hakone - Our tour with Yasuda was perfect for our first visit to Japan. He spoke excellent English and made everything very easy to follow from the perfect van he hired to the itinerary he designed. We visited Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, enjoyed the stunning views of Lake Ashi, and rode the Hakone Ropeway, all of which were absolutely beautiful. Yasuda was very attentive and made sure we didn’t miss anything. He offered great tips for taking photos and discovering hidden viewpoints. Great job Yas

Great tour - We absolutely loved our Shore Excursion Private Mt Fuji and Hakone Tour from Shimizu Port. The tour far exceeded our expectations — we saw all the key highlights including stunning views around Mt Fuji, the scenic Hakone area, and the ropeway and lakes that made the day truly memorable. Sakamoto provided clear, insightful information and history at every stop, and his thoughtful pacing made the day feel organized and relaxing from start to finish. He was genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed the visit, answered all our questions, and even gave us helpful local tips along the way. Good experience - Wow—what a fantastic tour with Hideoshi! We packed so much into just a few hours and learned a great deal along the way. Starting from Shimizu Port, we visited the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, where the clear weather gave us stunning views of Mount Fuji. We then explored Hakone, including Lake Ashi and the fascinating volcanic area of Owakudani.
Hideoshi was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with. He shared valuable insights about every place we visited and made the entire experience smooth, relaxed, and truly enjoyable.
