Wonderful tour with beautiful Scenery - We had a group of 8 who took the tour to Mt Fuji from the port. Kiyo, our guide was fantastic - 11 out of 10. We saw a shinto shrine, beautiful waterfalls, and of course great views of Mt Fuji. Oh, and also fit in some sake tasting - best we've ever had brewed from Mt Fuji spring water. Highly recommend. Do keep in mind Mt Fuji can get hazy - so no guarantees of a great view. It started hazy then cleared up for us. The falls were truly fantastic with water being fed straight out of the walls with spring water.

Very good - This tour was enjoyable. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. She even treated us to her favorite chocolates and snacks. She was also very knowledgeable. At the end of the tour we asked for a certain restaurant and she took us there for us not to get lost. The sight we visited were beautiful, the pre tour communication excellent and we were very happy with this tour. Highly recommend.

Perfect day at Mount Fuji - Michiko was a wonderful guide on our excursion to Mount Fuji. She was so personable, and a wealth of information. She always wanted to find great spots for our pictures of the beautiful mountain and she must've taken 100 pictures of us, for us. Everywhere we went the mountain was in our view and we learned so much about the culture.. This was really the perfect excursion while in the port of Shimizu. Thank you to Michiko for giving us the perfect day

Great day with beautiful memories - We had a great day on this tour and can absolutely recommend it. The reception at the port (we stayed with the cruise ship for a day in shimizu ) and our guide Rie were really great. She told us a lot about the area. Under Highlight was the Stop at the lake . Such a beautiful idyllic place with great views of Fuji. An unforgettable memory !

Unforgettable, wonderful tour and experience! - This experience was incredible! Hirokane messaged me and was in constant communication after we booked. We were picked up at the cruise port and taken to the Mt Fuji area. Our guide Hiroko was phenomenal and our family adored her. She was engaging with our children and was a perfect guide for the day. We would love to return and explore again!

An experience to remember - We received excellent communication from Hirokane from our initial booking up to and following our trip. This trip offered us an amazing day exploring nature. Our tour guide, Takako, was wonderful, she provided detailed explanations at the lake, falls and shrine and ensured we had plenty time to take amazing photos. She helped us locate the best spots to take photos of the wonderful Mount Fuji. Everyone in our group had an amazing day and will remember it for many years to come. Our thanks go to Hirokane, Takako and our driver for providing us with wonderful memories.

A must do when in Shimizu port - What an extraordinary day. Hero was fantastic. Picked us up from the cruise port and spent the day off the beaten path. Great views of Nt Fuji and explored the lake and waterfall. And not a lot of tourists. Highly recommend.

Incredible tour. Fabulous guide. - Hiro (“Hero”) gave us an incredible, informative, and memorable experience that was one of the highlights of our time in Japan! His English is impeccable, and his enthusiasm, sense of pride and joy in his work is extraordinary. He showed us many spectacular views of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend!!!

Fair tour - It's a long drive from the cruise ship pier to the first stop. At least 1 hour 10 minutes. The Tour Guide, Roger, although very nice, hardly engaged us with any narrative along that boring, long drive. Once in a great while he would point something out but very little. Since we were in a van taxi, he'd say something in a low voice and only the people directly behind him could hear. He should have spoken loudly so everyone could hear or better yet, have a microphone and speaker. Since he rarely engaged us many of us fell asleep during the drive.
