• Koman - Day 1 – Travel from Tirana/Tirana Airport/Shkodra to Valbona
  Begin your adventure to the Albanian Alps early in the morning with organized departures from various locations.

Departures:
05:30 AM - From Tirana: Meet at Rruga Asim Vokshi, at the “Gazheli” gas station.
06:00 AM - From Tirana Airport: Meet at the “Alpet” gas station.
06:45 AM - From Shkodra: Meet in the city center, in front of Hotel Rozafa.
From these points, travel towards Koman Lake, enjoying picturesque views of mountains and rural villages along the route.
Important Note: Due to high demand, hotel pick-up is unavailable. Please choose one of the designated meeting points and confirm your departure city when booking.
08:30 AM – Arrive at Koman Lake and board the ferry.
A staff member will assist you. Present the ticket provided one day before your trip.
09:00 – 11:30 AM - Komani Lake Ferry Ride
Enjoy a 2-hour boat journey through the stunning landscapes of Komani Lake.

• Fierzë - 12:00 PM – Arrival in Fierza & Minibus Transfer
  Upon reaching Fierza, a shared minibus will take you to Valbona village.

• Valbona Valley National Park - 1:00 PM – Arrival in Valbona
  Inform the driver of your guesthouse address for direct drop-off. Check into your guesthouse (not included). Spend the afternoon exploring the valley or relaxing in preparation for the next day’s hike.

• Valbona Pass - Day 2 – Self-Guided Hike from Valbona to Theth
  This day is dedicated to the Valbona–Theth hike, one of the most beautiful trails in the Balkans.
  Start early, ideally by 07:00 AM, to allow ample time and avoid the midday heat. Many guesthouses offer transport to the trailhead for an additional fee, so confirm this in advance.
  Once at the trailhead, follow the GPS map provided one day before your trip.
  Hike details:
  Distance: ~17 km
  Duration: 6–8 hours
  Elevation gain: ~1000 m
  Trail: Well-marked with panoramic views
  The route traverses forests, alpine meadows, and mountain passes.
  Important: This is a moderately challenging hike. Wear appropriate shoes, carry 2–3L of water, snacks, sun protection, and suitable clothing.

• Theth National Park - Arrival in Theth & Return Options
  Arrive in Theth in the afternoon.

Option 1: Stay overnight (not included) and return the next day at 11:00 AM to Shkodra, then continue to Tirana at 2:00 PM.

Option 2: Return the same day if you arrive before 5:00 PM.
Return point: Theth village center (Minimarket Jezerca).

Duration to Shkodra: approximately 2 hours.

• Shkoder - Return to Shkodra

  Departure: 5:00 PM (same day) or 11:00 AM (next day)
