Arrival in Beijing (No meal)

Beijing - Tips: It is recommended to book a flight or train that arrives in Beijing before 1:00 PM.

Upon arrival, the guide will warmly welcome you at the airport, holding a sign with your name.

Temple of Heaven - You will then be taken to visit the Temple of Heaven. Situated in the southern part of Beijing, it served as a complex of sacrificial buildings where the Emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties prayed for peace and a good harvest.

Beijing - Next, you will visit a Silk Market to explore Chinese silk culture and admire some exquisite silk artworks. Afterwards, you will be escorted to your hotel.

Departure from Beijing (Lunch)

Mutianyu Great Wall - In the morning, the guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. The first stop will be the Mutianyu Great Wall, the most picturesque section of the Great Wall of China. With 90% of the Mutianyu Great Wall covered by vegetation, each season offers its own unique scenery. If hiking is too strenuous, a cable car is available as an option.

Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - You will then be taken back to the city to stroll through Tiananmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing, and the largest city square in the world.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Next, you will visit the Forbidden City (closed every Monday), the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1912). A total of 24 emperors from these dynasties resided in the Forbidden City.

Beijing - Today, you will also visit the Jade Carving Factory to learn about Chinese jade culture and admire some exquisite jade artworks. After the visit, you will be escorted back to your hotel in the Beijing city area.

Departure from Beijing (No meal)

Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - After being picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM, you will first visit the Summer Palace, the largest and most well-preserved imperial garden in China.

Beijing - Then, visit the Pearl Market to admire some delicate pearl artworks.

Beijing - Afterwards, you will stop at the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube for an exterior visit and to take some photos.

Beijing - Finally, you will be transferred to the airport or train station for your departure from Beijing.

Tips: It is recommended to book a flight departing Beijing after 5:00 PM or a train departing after 3:00 PM.

• Forbidden City is closed on Mondays. We will adjust the visiting order if necessary. But we promise you will visit all the sites listed in itinerary.
• You are suggested to wear comfortable shoes on tour day.
