Don’t miss it ! - I already have done a tour with this company in Bangkok and it has been absolutely worth it. I’m always impressed and fully satisfied with the food they introduce us to. What I really appreciate is that they focus on truly traditional, local recipes, not the typical touristy dishes you could easily try on your own. In Chiang Mai, the experience was just as outstanding. Our guide was incredible: full of knowledge, patient with all of my many food-related questions, and eager to share insights about the culture and traditions behind every bite. The food itself was absolutely delicious, served in abundance, and the generosity throughout the tour was remarkable. I love so much the Tam Saeb. Every stop felt authentic and special. I honestly recommend this tour! Super worth it !

- Absolutely incredible food tour. Enjoyable, fact filled and a solid deep dive into northern thai cuisine. We visited some real gems in the city - wish we did it at the beginning of our trip rather than at the end so we could take advantage of all the local insights.

- Our guide was enthusiastic and energetic and seemed genuinely happy to be an evangelist for northern Thai cuisine. Bit of advice, have a light lunch or skip it altogether, as the offerings are diverse and many (e.g., chicken, pork, water buffalo, goat, seasonal fruits like mangosteen and rambutan, mushroom curry soup, a green vegetable and egg dish, and a small selection of fried insects - water bugs = tasty, crickets = not bad. silk work = no, just no, but every palate is different). We visited a vegan Shan restaurant and had a delicious salad and vegetable pancake. This was a nice interlude in the experience and also served to highlight some of the different ethnic cuisines in northern Thailand. One thing that I appreciated as someone who worked in the tourism industry many years ago is that she kept the experience open and allowed for folks to opt out of certain dishes without pressure. Wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

Beyond Our Wildest Food Imaginations - If you're thinking about booking this food tasting excursion, stop thinking and do it! From the moment we met our guide, Lucky, we knew we were in for something special. Her energy, knowledge, and passion for food and people made the entire experience unforgettable. She gave such wonderful insight of dailylife in Phuket. The food...OMG!! The Food!! Every stop was better than the last, showcasing local flavors with creativity, hospitality, and flair. But here’s the thing: don't go hungry- go starving. Seriously. You think you’re ready, but you’re not... buckle up!. There's no amount of stomach stretching to prepare you. There is so much food, more than we could have imagined! We tried everything from savory bites, to spicy noodles, to sweet indulgences, and it just kept coming. AND the hospitality of the Thai people. THE HOSPITALITY!!! You're served in the loving homes of natives, street-side restaurants, a Michelin Star restaurant, and restaurants that should have Michelin stars. This tour is a feast in every sense of the word. It’s like eating at date night 6 times over. Lucky guided us through each dish with insight and humor, making us feel like we were eating with a local friend who knew all the hidden gems. What a special person. Highly recommend this experience. If you dare to venture into this world of food, just be sure to wear your stretchiest pants, pack a back-up stomach, and your walking shoes.

Culture and flavour together - Our guide Muay was excellent: intelligent, informed, fun, and passionate. All the food was incredibly tasty; the venues were fascinating and slightly off the beaten track. They company also did as much as they could to navigate my coriander leaf dislike (hatred).

A must do in Chiang Mai! - This tour is a must do! I’d recommend doing it early in your trip. I would’ve never known where to go or how or what to order at the street food stalls without Moui’s help! Everything was incredibly organized, the transportation was great, and the food was incredible. We sampled so many great dishes and were all stuffed at the end. The education in what’s traditional to the area and what’s Chinese and Burmese influence was so interesting as was the trip to the market where we sampled tons of local fruits. Definitely book this tour! Keep an open mind and try everything!
