The highlight of our trip! - My husband and I love the outdoors, and we are big hikers. We were really excited to find availability on the soft hike tour to explore Inthanon National Park. We liked that this was listed as a small group tour, and happened to get really lucky, being the only ones who signed up. Our tour guide was Tui, and we ADORED him. He was smart, witty, respectful, friendly, and so knowledgeable. We loved that he emphasized being present and getting us immersed in the experiences offered and nature around us, instead of just highlighting photo opportunities as many of our previous guides have done. Tui was also great about sharing our itinerary as the day unfolded and what we could expect at our next location. We truly cannot express how phenomenal Tui was, you are in the best hands with him! We enjoyed learning about the Hmong people, supporting them at a local market, hiking through the park and learning about the local farming practices, and seeing how local coffee is made. The lunch location was beautiful and the food delicious. This tour is worth every cent, you will not be disappointed! Keep in mind the hike is definitely moderate - there is a large change in elevation, mostly downhill which can be harder on the knees, and a bit slippery if it rains. Make sure to pack good hiking shoes to ensure an amazing time.

Unforgettable Inthanon National Park Experience with an Exceptional Guide - Our tour of Inthanon National Park was an unforgettable experience. From the start, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. Our guide, Ms. Poongkie, was exceptional—knowledgeable, warm, and always eager to share insights about the park’s history and natural beauty. She made the tour special for everyone. Our driver, Mr. Widhit, was equally outstanding, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride throughout the day. The tour took us to the highest peak in Thailand, where we enjoyed breathtaking views. We then explored the magical Ang Ka Nature Trail, followed by a visit to the Twin Stupas, surrounded by vibrant gardens. The Hmong Market offered a chance to shop for handmade goods and fresh fruits before a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. We also visited Mae Klang Luang Karen Village, where we learned about the local culture and enjoyed freshly brewed coffee. The day concluded with a visit to the stunning Vachiratharn Waterfall. This tour was a perfect mix of nature, culture, and relaxation, made even better by the excellent service of Ms. Poongkie and Mr. Widhit. Highly recommended if you’re in Chiang Mai!
