Good Experience, Kind & Friendly Staff - We had a wonderful experience with East Java Paradise on our recent trip to Bromo and Surabaya. Even though we were a small group and had some last-minute changes, the team handled everything very professionally. The itinerary was well organized, transportation was smooth, and communication before and during the trip was clear and responsive. A special thank you to our guide, Tony. He was friendly, easy-going, and very helpful throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and was always ready to assist us. He created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for our group. We also truly appreciate our driver, Rizal. He is an excellent and skilled driver. The roads around Bromo can be challenging, especially in the early morning and mountain areas, but we always felt safe and well taken care of. Although we were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t visit Ijen, the overall experience was still fantastic. The scenery was beautiful, the trip was memorable, and everything went smoothly. Thank you, East Java Paradise, Tony, and Rizal, for taking such good care of us. We highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit East Java!

Great to travel with East Java Paradise Travel - great experience with driver Dika, Robet and guide Nadin and Tony. We travel on time, we had good and bad weather. They really take care of you and its great to see the best part of East Java.

Amazing, nothing to worry about, just pure pleasure - Had a really great time! We were with Tony, who really made our trip. He made it possible to see/do all the things we wanted. Slowing down when we wanted to slow down, running when we wanted to run. Fixing the best spots (90% of the trips didn’t do this which was visible for us at the places). When you want 100% out of the trip I would definitely recommend. When you want to see the average I do not ;).

Amazing trip !!! - The 3 day trip was really amazing ! Not only because of breathtaking views but also thanks to whole organization. Our guide Tony and driver Rico were so engaged in whole trip. The TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!! - This trip was definitely an highlight of our 8 month trip through Asia! Follow @aescapers on instagram we have all the adventure there and the best pics! The places were absolutely breathtaking and the guides were the kindest people we met! Shoutout to our friend and AMAZING driver Dika who drove us during 4 days more than 20h on the road, we are very happy our paths crossed! Always super friendly, we had a lot of conversations and showed us the most amazing places we’ve ever been! Our Bromo guide Rafa who was super knowledgeable about the volcanos, bromo and found us the BEST SPOT for sunrise (follow @aescapers on instagram and hit our East Java Highlight and you’ll see the most beautiful sunrise ever) And Tino who hiked with us from 2am to 9am in Ijen and showed us the biggest blue fire we could imagine🤯 This is definitely the trip of a lifetime🥰

Very best experience - The trip was absolutely fantastic! We visited so many amazing places and everything was very well organized. Our guide Tony and driver Riko were incredibly helpful and dedicated. Tony accompanied us everywhere and always made sure we were comfortable and well-informed. Riko handled the long drives between destinations like a pro — hats off to him! Both of them went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable. Huge thanks to the guys! The overall organization was top-notch, and communication with the travel agency was excellent. They regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying the tour. The accommodation was also great — we stayed in high-quality hotels throughout the trip. I really hope to come back to Ijen next year, and if I do, I’ll definitely choose this agency again. Highly recommended!

Fun trip with great scenery and company - We managed to visit tumpk sewu, mt ijen, mt bromo and madkripura waterfall in 3 days. Unfortunately on the 3rd day it was raining so we didn't get to see the rainbow village. Our guide, nido, and driver edwin were helpful and friendly - even helping us charge our phone in the car when our phone battery ran out. They shared with us many interesting stuff about the local people and culture and helped us take many photographs. Only issue was that the breakfast we had at cafe larva hostel had many flies hovering above the buffet spread and even a dead fly in the vegetable. Apart from that the trip was excellent with great scenery, great company and very fortunately, excellent weather.

Better than we expected! - This tour was an amazing idea, everything was perfect! We were travelling with Nido and Rico. Nido is the best guide we have ever had - always smiling, helpful, taking a really good care of us and telling us interesting stories and facts. Rico is also great - helpful, kind and a really great driver, we felt safe to have him. If you hesitate - don’t! Tumpak Sewu, Bromo and Ijen are must haves and we are really happy and amazed that the trip was so perfectly organised. A strong recommendation from us and once again thank You for one of our best vacation memories :)

3 day tour with Guide Tony and driver Mr Nandra - We did the 3 day private tour! With our Guide Tony and our driver Mr Nandra we drove all over east Java to visit the Bromo, iljen and Tumpuk Sewa! It was a truly wonderful experience. Mr Nandra drove us safely to the next destination every day! This deserves a compliment when you see the roads and the fellow road users here! (we have not felt unsafe for a moment). Our Guide Tony was a fun/funny Guide! Singing and humming, he guided us through the beautiful (hard) climbs. Tony spoke good English and helps you where necessary! With information or with the ascent! Tony and Mr Nandra thank you!
