- Vallepicciola - The landscape becomes hilly here, with cypress trees lining the roads and castles dominating the scenery. This is the time to experience the famous white gravel roads of Chianti Classico, renowned for the Eroica race. The route passes by the Vallepicciola Winery before entering the Castles Roads. Stops for photos and storytelling will be made along the way.
- Pianella - The journey continues along the white gravel roads, with opportunities for photos and storytelling until reaching Monti in Chianti.
- Monti - A stop is made at a local café in the hamlet of Monti in Chianti to relax, use the restroom, and enjoy Sienese biscuits and pastries before heading to the Castle of Cacchiano.
- Castello di Cacchiano - The route passes by this castle, offering distant views during stops to appreciate the landscape. The estimated time from Monti in Chianti to Brolio Castle is 30 minutes.
- Castello di Brolio - A local guide will lead a tour of the castle’s facilities, providing detailed insights into the historical conflicts between Siena and Florence, and the life of the Ricasoli family. A visit to the wine cellar follows, with the opportunity to learn about and possibly taste one of the many Chianti Classico wines produced by Vinicola Ricasoli.

- Agribar Brolio - After wine tasting, there is time to enjoy this iconic old-style bar, a must-visit for cyclists and enthusiasts. Water and snacks are available before resuming cycling.
- Borgo di San Gusme - Following the guided tour and wine tasting at Brolio/Ricasoli, the journey continues to a restaurant where the delights of traditional Tuscan cuisine can be savored. Located in this charming hamlet, there is time to explore its fascinating monuments and local culture.
