At 7:30 am, an English-speaking driver will collect guests from their accommodation in Rome and transport them through the picturesque Tuscan countryside. After approximately a 2.5-hour journey, they will arrive at the charming town of Siena. In Siena, there will be free time to wander and discover the town’s hidden gems, from Piazza del Campo, known for the famous Palio horse race held twice annually, to the stunning Dome and its impressive Bell Tower.
Next, guests will board the van and proceed to the next destination, San Gimignano. This town is often referred to as “the Manhattan of Tuscany” due to the numerous towers constructed by noble families during the Middle Ages. In San Gimignano, there will be time to explore and savor some of Italy’s finest gelato.
The best part is yet to come.
After enjoying the town and soaking in the ambiance, guests will descend into the valley surrounding the town to visit a remarkable venue for an unforgettable wine tasting and light lunch. Once the wine and food tasting is complete, they will be driven back to Rome.
