The city features medieval houses with exquisite architecture and narrow streets lined with brightly colored homes, evoking the era of princes and princesses, such as Vlad Tepes, who once resided there.

Finally, the tour visits Rupea Citadel, perched on Cohalmului Hill, overlooking the city. Constructed and expanded between the 14th and 17th centuries, it served as a fortress and refuge for nearby villages.
