Beautiful Srí lanka with Dilruk - We have spend with Mr.Dilruk from USP Lanka tours 7days and it was the best decision we have made.We have seen so much,with maximum care,explanation and help with everything including changing the original plan.And not to mention Dilruk showed us far more things than was written in the plan.Thank you very much for showing us your beautiful country 🙏.

Sri Lanka isn’t only beach and Dilruk is the best! - We came up to USP Lanka Tours by accident on the Colombo railway station when we were trying to buy tickets to Kandy. The guy inside offered us this 7-day trip and we accepted because we had an open-minded schedule. I think it was the best thing that could happed to us in Sri Lanka. We saw so many beautiful places that we didn’t even know about. The schedule was really packet so we always had something to do. Our driver/guide Dilruk was fantastic, professional and very helpful. For example when we didn’t want to go to the elephant orphanage, he came up with a completely new, exciting program. And he also recommended us where to buy and where not to, so that saved us some money.
The experience for the money was really worth it so yes, I would recommend it. 10/10

12-Day Chauffeur-Driven Tour of Sri Lanka - My friend and I did a 12-day tour with our driver Crisanta and everything went very well.
The experience was very good, we used our time very well thanks to this and we saw many things in 12 days in this more expensive but more comfortable way since transportation sometimes complicates everything, it can be more complicated and it takes much longer. We were very comfortable, cool with the air conditioning and super well treated and cared for. Our driver Crisanta was lovely to us, kind, and protective, making us feel safe at all times. He showed us interesting facts about the country and the area we were in, and he flexibly adapted to our trip, our schedule, and what we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Exploring Sri Lanka with Bennet - We shared an 18 day trip around Sri Lanka with Bennet!
He was always super helpful and with great insights on what to do see, do and stay.

Magical and exuberant - Sri Lanka and a wonderful country, we took hundreds of photos. We think the itinerary was well chosen. The driver was always very kind, and let us dispose of our time in the places we visited at our own pace. I recommend and will recommend USP to everyone I know who has decided to travel to Vietnam.

A better option compared to taking public transport... - I engaged a driver from USP Lanka Tour to drive me around Sri Lanka from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Dumbullah, Sigiriya, Arunahpura and Tricomalee. Having a driver made travelling much easier and I was able to make many stops along the way. My driver, Nuwan, took his job seriously. He was always punctual and obliging. He woke up early twice to pick me up at 4.30 am so that I could see the sunrise in Sigiriya and hike in Hutton Plains before it got too hot. I am satisfied with his service. It would be better if his English could improve and he could tell me something about the history and politics of his country.

Thanks Dumenda! - We booked a 4 days trip from Colombo to Arugam Bay with Dumenda - a very very nice Driver!
He gave us a lot of local tipps and was able to show us very good and cheap restaurants with local prices, to safe our money. He was also very flexible regarding all the tourist spots (we don't like it too much) and listened to our wishes, what we wanna see and which one we can skip!
We've had such a great time together and we'd definetly book it again (only with Dumenda as driver) 😉
On our trip he showed us a lot of animals (we saw also Elephants!) and gave us many information in a very nice and funny way (not like a tour guide, he was talking to us like a very good friend which we also became).
Thank you again for thr great experience and hopefully we'll see you again 🙏🏼

unforgetable memory - Bennet did a great job! he was very friendly and answered all our questions. he also gave us a lot of interesting infomations about sri lanka. we felt very comfortable and we never felt obligated to do an activity or buy something that we didn‘t want! When we felt sick, bennet cared for us.
its a big program to do, but if you need a break you can also skip activities.

FANTASTIC Service. Fantastic Planning. Fantastic Care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This amazing trip by car happened just as a matter of chance. I was traveling solo and had gone to the railway station to find out about trains and someones directed me to the office of USP that's right there. There Mr. Prasanna had a long discussion with me and helped me to understand the lay of the land. He gently suggested a car + driver and worked out the total amount. We added some towns, we subtaracted some - to fit my budget and what I wanted to see. And we finalised. Everything was so smoothly done that I had no doubt at all and was happy to have settled the matter of transport. On trains I'd have to worry about carrying bags across platforms and finding tuk tuks etc. So this luxury of personal car was a sensible choice.
Next morning, Mr, D the driver picked me up and we headed to the first city Amalangoda and then from there to 4 other places. He was the perfect driver on this trip - attentive without being intrusive, understood exactly what I was looking for, assisted as needed and looked out for me constantly beyond the call of his duty as a driver.
If I could, I would do all of my travels through this firm with Mr. P helping to arrange it and Mr. D driving me all over - bless them both!
Maybe it is the Sri Lankan cultural attitudes or maybe they were just amazing people. Either way they made Sri lanka an amazing experience for me.

Good if you want to go to the simplest and you don't have a precise program - 5 stars for the driver who was friendly and took us where we wanted.
On the other hand we had 6 days of driver instead of 7 because there was an error on the departure schedule with a forgetful date and including 2 days where we had taken activities that came to pick us up from our hotel so no use of driver. The agency in the end is not adapted to our program when he asks. And we realized too late that from town to town we could have moved without a driver. It just made it easier for us to get around on a short stay it can help.
