- Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - Begin your journey with a visit to the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Emerging from the central plains, the iconic rocky outcrop of Sigiriya is arguably Sri Lanka’s most striking landmark. Its near-vertical walls ascend to a flat-topped summit that houses the remnants of an ancient civilization. Ascend the 5th-century rock fortress and pass through the entrance flanked by the paws of a lion, which lends the fortress its name, “The Lion Rock.” Marvel at the stunning, well-preserved murals that have made Sigiriya famous, climb the steep staircase to the terraced gardens, and explore the tunnels throughout the palace. Experience the haunting atmosphere of a bygone era.
- Sigiriya Village Ayurvedic Spa - Your Sigiriya village tour commences at 12:00. Around 1:00 pm, enjoy a delightful lunch. Following this, embark on a bullock cart ride, taking in the sights of rural village life. The next adventure is a “Catamaran Safari” (a double-paired canoe with seating) on the picturesque lake.
- Golden Temple of Dambulla - Explore the historic caves of the Golden Temple of Dambulla, dating back to the 1st century BC. Observe the ancient murals illustrating the life story of Lord Gautama Buddha. Admire the numerous statues of Buddha and other deities scattered across the five main caves. Visit the Cave of the Divine King, the Cave of the Great King, and the Great New Monastery, as well as the giant golden Buddha statue located just outside the cave complex.

The best guide I'd recommend it. - My guide Indica was just so kind and it was a great trip.
They will be flexible enough to organize the tour while listening to our wishes. The fees were reasonable and did not add up to anything more than what we had discussed beforehand.
We happened to be approached by Indica-san near Kandy station, and we decided on a tour that would follow. WhatsApp interactions are convenient.
I wanted to catch a tea train, so I had booked a train from Kandy to Nanuoya in Japan, but they picked me up in Nanuoya and then took me to a tea factory in the Nuwara area and a restaurant by a waterfall (very good!). I was also planning to go to Ambulwa Tower, but it was difficult due to the time, so he suggested an Ayurvedic massage near Kandy instead.
The next day we enjoyed Sigiriya Rock and safari. We also stopped by Noritake’s factory store, despite the sudden request, for good shopping!
The safari went to Minnelia, which is a separate jeep for a separate fee from this Lanka tour. They will take you to the Jeep stand.
(The price of the Jeep was a bit high, but Indica helped us negotiate discounts!)
They also took a lot of photos and immediately shared them with us via airdrop.
Thanks to the Lanka Tour and Indica, I had many wonderful experiences and memories.
Thank you so much, Indica. I'm sorry I'm late to write a review.
The Lanka Tour is really recommended!

Great Day Trip - Organised this after arriving in Kandy. Plenty of options available on the tour but we only wanted to see Dambulla Caves and Sigriya Rock so didn't feel any pressure to do any of the other options.Fazel was an excellent guide and interesting to chat withh about all things Sri Lankan... Good car and safe driving always is an added bonus as well.. great value and highly recommended

Thank you Indika - We met Indika at Kandy station and were immediately put in confidence. Indika is a thoughtful guide who gives good advice while adapting to our needs. After a visit from Kandy, we left for Syrigiya for a (great) Safari, stopping in Dambulla. We can only recommend!

Friendly, serviceminded guide! - Indika is a friendly, reliable and knowledgeable guide. He arranged both a tour of Kandy and a trip to Dambulla and Sigiriya, as well as an elephant safari for my son and me. He also invited us to his family's house for dinner, and the food was very good!
His prices are reasonable. I can highly recommend him and his company.
