Wonderful Sri Lanka Trip Experience - We had an amazing experience touring Sri Lanka for the first time. Everything was well organized and smooth from the beginning until the end. Sarani and the team were very supportive and responsive throughout the trip. The driver and co-driver were very helpful, friendly, and patient with our family. Memorable First Sri Lanka Trip with Fly Wings - This was our first time visiting Sri Lanka, and we travelled as a family of 7 with Fly Wings. From the beginning until the end of our trip, everything was arranged smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to Sarani and the team for their excellent coordination and prompt responses. They were very patient with our requests and made sure all arrangements suited our family’s needs. The itinerary was well planned, and we didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the journey. Amazing Planning ❤️ - Sarani was out coordinator from Flywing and she did an amazing job planning our trip with customisation. She is very patient and understanding about requirements. She went beyond miles for our requested hotel bookings. The driver assigned to us Kasun, was kind and helpful too. We didn’t have to hustle for planned activities as it was very smooth. Would recommend Flywing and Sarani if you are travelling to Sri lanka as she knows length and breadth of the place. Some activities gets closed around 5pm so plan your trips accordingly to start early.

Good customer service and well planned - We went for a Ramayan tour and Shankari devi shaktipeetham trip for 6 days and 7 nights. Our pre-scheduled trip happened right after the Nov 2025 floods. They meticulously planned and adjusted the whole itinerary, keeping the safety and comfort of all participants, many of them being senior sitizens. Thanks a lot, especially to guide Sarani for taking care of personalized requests while maintaining and managing the groups' varying interests and goals for the tour. Personally, for me, she went out of her way to arrange logistics so I could climb Ravana fort within the stipulated time. The hotel selections and customized food arrangements for the group are really appreciated. Inspire of floods, ever changing geographical situations, and IndiGo flight cancelations, barring a few hill locations, we were able to complete all locations from planned itinerary and reach home safely.

WORST TOUR COMPANY EVER! Never use this company, ever! - The tour company would not respond to myself of Viator after repeated messages before the tour start date. Then when the day came for them to pick me up to start the tour, they did not show up or respond until an hour after the start time and stated that they were not able to do the tour. Nothing like leaving me stuck without a backup plan - no tour, no accommodation, etc - and with no basic concern for the customer at all. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ENTIRE TRIP/VACATION RUINED. They should be banned from Viator!
