Cool off in the refreshing emerald pools and enjoy breathtaking views all the way to the Caribbean Sea. challenge yourself on this exhilarating 200ft vertical waterfall rappel in two sections. Then zip through the jungle tree tops on the longest zipline in Belize on 9 different runs. The rappel takes approximately 4 hours and the Zipline takes approximately 1½ hours to complete. Lunch is available for purchase in our onsite Wild Fig Bistro and Bar. All in all a fantastic Rainforest Adventure.

Recommendations: Although bookings can be made later we like to set off at 9 am to avoid hiking in the midday sun. Items to bring: Bug repellent, long pants, t-shirt, bathing suit, sneakers (you will get wet but will dry quickly). You should be fit enough for the 1½ hour* hike to the top of the falls some of which is on steep terrain. Tie up your hair for the Zipline. Minimum weight 100lbs.
- No Children allowed , only Teens and adults
- Teens must be at least 100 pounds minimum, there is no weight maximum but our harnesses have a maximum limit of 42 inches at the waist

Try the termites! - Super fun even in the rain! Very challenging, so make sure you are fit and injury free. Gorgeous hike, and exhilarating repel.

100% Worth It!!! - 10/10 Had the most amazing time ever! Totally worth it! Roni and Victor were incredible guides - very personable and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic day with them!
For the rappelling, it was just me and my friend for that part. The hike is short but difficult for the last portion of it. Such incredible views. The swimming hole is wonderful and very refreshing. It has a spot where you can jump in as well.
For lunch, they advise that you look at the menu and offer to call ahead while at the waterfall so that your food is ready when you get back to the resort. Me and my friend packed out though.
I definitely recommend a change of clothes for after the rappelling and before the ziplining! Ziplining was amazing! Victor offered to take videos of us ziplining across and even took a video for us of the scenery as he went across.
Cannot sing their praises enough! So worth it!! Would definitely do again!

Great family adventure - We had a great day of adventure. We did the rappelling after multiple days of rain so the water was really flowing and was a bit more intense than expected, but loved it. The whole family had a great time and the guides were very professional and personable.

Exciting day - One of the best trips we have taken. This was a strenuous adventure but so Much fun. Our guides were amazing and knowledgeable. They checked on us often and gave us the trip of a lifetime. A must do when in Belize. The views were amazing and weather couldn't have been better.

Bucketlist and totally worth it even if you’re scared! - The experience was extraordinary and the guides were so friendly and professional. Bocawina is a special location and it was awesome exploring by hike, waterfall pool swimming, rappelling, and zip lining. We saw lots of wildlife from the treetops. This excursion was a trip highlight. Great for teenagers too! Andre, Kevin, Victor, emelio, and Roni were awesome!

For the adventurous only! - Talk about an adventure! We spent the whole day in the jungle. Be prepared for a fun and vertical hike in the jungle! you will be rewarded with a waterfall to swim in at the top. We felt safe the whole time repelling. Nothing like it!

Experience of a lifetime! - Victor was our main guide and assisted by Andreas. They went above and beyond to ensure our 1.5 mile hike though the rainforest was educational, interesting and fun! The swim in the lagoon was breathtaking as was the views from the top of the waterfall! We have so much gorgeous video and photos from the day from our guides on our phones. So unexpected and cherished. I would do this again and again. Amazing!

How to describe being in the middle of a waterfall… bonkers and amazing. - This was an amazing day, more than expected. We did both the waterfall rappel and zip line. The waterfall repel and hike by far was the highlight. The zip lining is a cool adventure something that is worth a go once.
Our guide, Victor, so knowledgeable, seems like he’s been doing this for years, and knows exactly what he’s doing. Endless facts, points out the nature, relaxed, cool guy. Really good at repelling and making sure you are double safe. Never doubted my safety for a minute. He has a funny sense of humor too.
The hike is moderately strenuous, you need to be in some kind of shape to make it up to the top. But if you can, words will not do justice what you will see there.
I have repelled numerous times, all kinds of drops in the United States. This one was bonkers. You hike right through the middle of the waterfall, and it became stimulus overload. It is hard to focus with water rushing in your face and the noise of the falls. Never mind you are trying to repel, take in the experience, see something, feed your line. Again never worried for being safe. You can always do the side route but I was delighted to get right in the middle of the falls and get the full experience If you’re adventurous this will put a giant smile on your face that will be hard to wipe off.
Would do that repel next week, eh, work never looks so boring 😆.

My time at bocawina Amazing - Experience of a life time, wonderful staff & excellent customer service.
Bocawina is a must do once you visit Belize, we went as a staff & friends all from Tropic Air International station. They can boast to have the longest zipline over the mountains and between those rich forest of the mayan jungle home to many wild species, after that you can lunch then head on to hike to antelope falls which might be difficult for some but all can make it to the top to see that majestic view of the mayan mountains and take a dip in the cold refreshing pond and you can also water rappel down the falls its a day of adventure you dont want to miss, I urge you book your tour one you will love.

Epic water falls, not for... - Epic water falls, not for the faint of heart. An adventure seekers dream. Rappelling, was ok, fun views of the jungle canopy, but pales in comparison to the waterfalls.
