Yerevan - Explore Yerevan, the “Pink City” established in 782 BC, renowned for its distinctive architecture and lively ambiance. Visit key attractions such as Republic Square, Mashtots Avenue, Aram Khachaturian Opera and Ballet Theatre, Cascade Complex with views of Mount Ararat, and the Mother Armenia Monument. In the evening, enjoy Yerevan Wine Days, Armenia’s largest wine event, featuring local wines, food, and live music. Note: Entrance is free; tastings are optional.

Yerevan-Garni-Geghard-Sevan-Yerevan

Garni - Explore Garni Temple, the only remaining pagan temple in Armenia, dating back to the 1st century AD, overlooking the Azat River gorge. Proceed to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO-listed site partly carved into the rock, known for its unique architecture and spiritual importance. Participate in a traditional lavash baking masterclass in a local home, where you will make Armenia’s iconic bread in a tonir oven and taste it with local cheese. Travel to Lake Sevan, the “Pearl of Armenia,” and visit Sevanavank Monastery, offering stunning views over the lake. Return to Yerevan.

It’s the perfect place to experience local creativity and purchase authentic Armenian gifts. Continue to Armenia’s spiritual center with visits to Etchmiadzin Cathedral and Zvartnots Cathedral, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Cathedral of Etchmiadzin, founded in 303 AD, serves as the official residence of the Catholicos and the spiritual heart of the Armenian Apostolic Church. As one of the world’s oldest Christian cathedrals, it stands as a powerful symbol of Armenia’s faith, identity, and rich religious heritage.

Zvartnots Temple - Visit the ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral, once a magnificent architectural masterpiece known for its unique circular design and grand dome.
