Point to point - Arrived in time at our hostel, we changed the gardener for a minibus, following up to Fortaleza, in our hotel. I recommend.

Punctual, responsible and with good vehicles! - In addition to the transfer Jeri x Fortaleza we also made the tour of the 3 beaches with the Sim7. They're great! On both tours our driver was Mariano. He is extremely kind, attentive and knows too much about the region! If you have the opportunity, ask to travel with Mariano! Regarding the tours, always within the schedules, the cars are great and we felt very safe. Super indicate to Sim7! You can book without fear!

The Best Transfer - Everything was very punctual, from the guide who picks you up at the hotel in the 4x4 vehicle to arrival on the Sim7 bus, very attentive, polite, helping tourists, excellent service. Thank you 😊 especially the guide José.

Great but can improve - The transfer with the bus was great. It is quite hard to understand why we have a stop of around 1h to lunch if we leave around 1pm (just 30 minutes after leave with the bus). People can lunch before which could allow us to arrive earlier in Fortaleza and (maybe) avoid the hard traffic as we arrived around 6pm. Good points are that we have the transfer from Jericoacoara included (in our Pousada) and the bus dropped us in front of our hotel. I recommend if you are not in rush in our travel and the total time took for us around 8 hours travel (from Jericoacoara until the hotel in Forlateza). A suggestion for Sim7 is to fix the leave time in Jijoca at 13h30 (time to the driver to eat), people can leave later the hotel in Jericoacoara and do a very quick stop during the travel for bathroom and arrive earlier in Fortaleza.

Good experience - Everything was well organized, the transport was confirmed the day before and even the driver sent a message via Whatsapp beforehand. The reason I give "only" four stars is the fact that I chose English as the service language when making the booking, but all the communication during the voyage was in Portuguese. It would have been nice to know beforehand that English service is not available, but in this case it wasn't that big of a deal that we didn't get all the same information than those passengers who knew Portuguese.

Regular - The trip was not completed, the bug broke and they had to leave us on the street with the bags. We should have requested a means of transportation on our own. The guide was not interested in speaking our language. However, the first driver, who did the first part of the transfer, was kinder. He worried about covering his bags when it started raining so they wouldn't get wet.

Old buses without air conditioning - On June 27, I had the transfer from Jericoacoara to Fortaleza leaving at 11am. The bug was so old it didn't cool enough and they ended up opening the windows for some air to circulate. SIM 7 must renew its bus fleet. The service they provide leaves much to be desired!
