• Bucegi Mountains - To the east, the Bucegi Mountains have a very steep slope towards the popular tourist destinations in the Prahova Valley, such as Bușteni and Sinaia. At a higher elevation is the Bucegi Plateau, where wind and rain have turned the rocks into spectacular figures such as the Sphinx and Babele.

The Bucegi is believed to be the Dacian holy mountain Kogainon, on which the God Zalmoxis resided in a cave.

Participants will be picked up from Bucharest and transported to the Bucegi Mountains. The journey continues to the Piatra Arsă cottage, where the hiking adventure begins towards the Babele cottage for a brief stop.
The tour includes visits to the remarkable limestone formations of Babele and the Sphinx, followed by a hike to the Heroes Monument, the Cross on Caraiman Mountain.
Here, participants can admire the stunning views over the Prahova Valley and breathe in the refreshing air.
The return journey follows the same path.
