Excellent Experience - We visited Gardens buy the Bay and the best experience was the Jurassic Park section with moving dinosaur models set in a rainforest.

Fantastic day out - The Gardens by the Bay have been on our bucket list for some time, and they did not disappoint.
We spent most of the day there visiting both domes, and could have stayed longer and still not seen everything!

Everyone should see the Cloud - Cloud first, Flower Dome later. So many beautiful layers of plants, dinosaurs, flowered. Many I’ve never seen before. Beautiful views of bay outside windows. If you have allergies ( like my husband), take a Zyrtec first!

Great experience - Great place to visit. We downloaded the Grab app to easily get taxi service from hotel. Easy access and helpful staff.

Worth the visit - Was great except I forgot to screenshot both pages and a bit of a hassle trying to find the booking kept wanting me to download app. The app is not helpful. After 20mins of looking found it.

Dinosaurs and Cloud Forest astonish - The Floral Dome was quite small but interesting. The Cloud Forest with the Jurassic World theme was awesome!

The adult ticket didn’t... - The adult ticket didn’t work, but the senior one works. Maybe the organizer should look into it.
I would recommend the flower dome and cloud forest, but maybe just purchase from their official website

Avoid and book direct - Very poor and misleading advert! It states that ticket is for all when it’s clearly not. Totally misleading and frustrating. We’ve had to buy new tickets!

Voucher is not a Ticket! - We could not get our tickets for this. We had a voucher that had no code, and there was no one to talk to about it. the person who answered the phone at Viator was not helpful. She sent me the same voucher. So, we had to buy tickets. I have asked for a refund, but I have not received it.
