Spectacular day out in Gardens by the Bay - It was easy to book, instructions and assistance all very helpful. We enjoyed Gardens by the Bay very much. Lots to do and see. It took longer than expected. We booked one exhibit, but found on the day we were there, there was little queuing to see other exhibits, so took advantage on the day.

Fantastic experience.... - Fantastic experience. Beautiful gardens with the Cloud Dome and the Jurassic Experience was amazing. Especially enjoyed seeing plants that a near extinction within the exhibit.

Well Worth a Visit - Fantastic, Amazing, Wonderful, what more can I say, so if you are visiting Singapore then give it a go as you will be pleasantly surprised

Rapid response from Viator - I was impressed with the rapid response from Viator to provide tickets. I signed up and paid for the tickets 45 mins prior to planned entry on the same day and 1 minute later I received a phone call asking me to confirm my entry time. 10 mins later the tickets were in my email inbox. All was very smooth. The actual venue is good for one time. The cloud forest was a bit too loud . The fake T-Rex constantly roared and that got old very fast.

Fabulous experience at Gardens by the bay - Gardens by the Bay, is an amazing place. The exhibition of Jurassic world is absolutely amazing and very real like, the Gardens and plants are just beautiful. The Lillytopia of little Italy was so stunning and the scent of the lillies amazing.

It was nice to get away... - It was nice to get away from the heat and humidity and be mesmerized by sounds of the waterfalls as it mist the surrounding flowers and trees. The colorful fauna and variety were simply beautiful. Definitely one of the must things to do while in Singapore.

Tropical rain forest without the bugs! - A total botanical rainforest experience with all the comforts! A wonderful variety of plants will displayed. Not too many tourists the day we were there.

Flower Dome was great, Cloud Forest was too gimmicky with Jurassic World tie-in - The Flower Dome was great - showcasing plant life from various areas which have "the Mediterranean climate". There was a special exhibition in the middle for lilies, which were very colourful. The Cloud Forest was a bit too gimmicky for me. To promote the new Jurassic World movie, there were three dinosaur animatronics. The most popular was the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Although they were very good, there were a distraction from the plant life exhibits on show.

Check the opening hours carefully. - The appearance of the super tree grove is magnificent. Unfortunately, you have to look carefully at the opening hours. So these are not all the same. Supertree light show is at 7.45pm and 8.45pm We went into the flowerdome and then headed for the cloud forest. Last check in for flowerdome was 8.30pm. Unfortunately for cloud Forrest this was 8pm. When we walked out of the 8.05pm flowerdome the entrance for cloud Forrest was unfortunately closed. I understand that this is ultimately your responsibility. But it would have been nice if you had some kind of overview. Further from trip advisor satisfied. Ordering tickets is easy and the night before I received the tickets via pdf file sent via whatsapp. Adding your cards in your wallet iPhone is fine. Only they would like to scan the individual tickets for admission.

Long wait for tickets - Long wait for the tickets. After reading some comments about tickets not arriving , I almost had the same experience as the tickets were supposed to arrive day before , only arrive at close to midnight despite chasing the tour operator. At times I had no response from tour operator and viator was unable to help too.
