- Travellers needing additional time can extend their booking by arranging extra hours directly with the driver on the day of service, subject to availability.
- Each additional hour will incur a charge based on the standard hourly rate, payable in cash or card directly to the driver in Singapore dollars.
- Please be aware that service time starts at the booked start time, even if travellers arrive late.
- Any changes to the pickup time or schedule must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp.
