An excellent experience - The trip to Kuala Lumpur was a very beautiful experience. Our driver, Mr. Yoong, was very kind and an excellent driver. Our guide, Mr. Sandra, told us many interesting things and showed us the best spots for taking photos. He was very friendly and attentive. The experience was truly wonderful. The whole day was well organized, everything went smoothly, and we had a very pleasant experience. All compliments to the whole team for making sure everything ran smoothly and for giving us such a wonderful and carefree day.

day trip worth doing - make the effort! Its worth it - So, its an early start and a very long day but the transport was uber comfy - so you can at least get some sleep on the rather boring drive there and back, but thats the negatives out of the way....................as we were in Singapore for F1 and never likely to be closer to The Petronas Towers ever again it was the best opportunity to go see them. Coupled with the Batu Caves and shrine, the Chinese Temple and food Markets (we opted to skip the mosque in favour of getting home earlier) it was a brilliant day - assisted by our two drivers and guide, all were excellent, friendly and helpful. There were just the 3 of us on our trip so the minivan was perfect for us to all get stretched out and snooze while Alan did all the leg work to get us there and back. We had ample time at each location and never felt rushed or bored, it was managed very well.

It's really worth going on this tour as you get to experience the culture, history and shopping at Central Market - This journey did not feel long at all! We had a driver and a tour guide. We were provided with breakfast whilst in the car on our way to our first stop Batu caves.

The communication between... - The communication between me and Lernard was very efficient and clear, based on the fact that we were in different countries. The driver picked up us on time. Once in Malaysia, the tour guide, Sandran was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I definitely would recommend this activity to anyone traveling to the area.

Smooth, Well-Organized Day Trip from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur - Great experience overall! Lernard reached out ahead of time with the itinerary, which made everything feel organized and easy. Max was friendly and even arrived early for pickup, which made the start stress-free. Alan was friendly quiet but got the job done, taking us a majority of the way and dropping us back off while navigating Kuala Lumpur traffic like a pro. Our guide, Mr. Sandran, was very knowledgeable, shared a lot about the sites, and always offered to take photos. The whole trip was well-timed, and we even managed to avoid the rain. A smooth and comfortable way to see Kuala Lumpur in a day from Singapore.

Shortly after I booked... - Shortly after I booked the tour, I was contacted with some information such as immigration documents that we would need to complete before the trip, which included Malaysian and Singapore entrance requirements and to book a time at the Petronas Twin Towers. This was a long tour. We were picked up by one driver at our hotel in Singapore at 5 AM. After we crossed into Malaysia in Johor Bahru, we were transferred to another driver Dino, who had various breads, snacks and drinks for us. Dino stayed with us for the rest of the day. Our first stop was the Batu Caves, where we met our tour guide. We don’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. To get to the Hindu temple located inside a limestone cave, we had to climb 272 steps. Next, we visited Thean Hou Temple, the largest Chinese Buddhist temple in Malaysia. After the temple we had lunch near the Petronas Twin Towers. It was a bit of a rush with only about 30 minutes to order and eat. After we ate we went up were able to go to the sky bridge of the towers, followed by the observation level at floor 86. Following the twin towers, we were taken to the Central Market Kuala Lumpur, which also felt rushed and not much time. After we were done with the market, the guide left us with Dino for the rest of the time. Dino took us to the Putra Mosque and we were able to go through it at a leisurely pace. Afterwards, Dino drove us back to Singapore, and kept sure to offer us bathroom breaks if we wanted on the 4.5 hours drive back to Singapore. The family enjoyed the trip and our guides, thank you.

Tour not recommended the short time with the guide in Malaysia was very good! - Nobody called ahead to tell us about visas. The first driver from Singapore was terrible and then they put us in a car from the Malaysia border with a drivers that did not understand or speak English for over 4 hours on the way and 6 and a half on the way back to Singapore. The tour guide in Malaysia was very good. He was very knowledgeable and thorough but I would not recommend this tour and we feel it was not worth it.

Dangerous - Out of all the tours in all the countries I’ve been to, this is by far the worst. I was shuffled from one driver in a luxurious van to a driver in an old van once over the border to Malaysia. My driver, Max, that took me to the border was amazing. But that’s where it ends. Once I got into the much older and much less nice van in Malaysia, things went bad. My new driver was going close to 140 kmh in 100 kmh zones AND texting a driving. He was driving on the shoulder at times as well. I was so nervous riding with him that my smart watch thought I was working out because of my elevated heart rate. To make things worse, he didn’t say a word to me other than, “let me know if you need a toilet” when I first got in the car. This made a long car ride feel even longer. When I did ask him to stop at a restroom, he seemed annoyed that I requested it. A very small “breakfast” was provided to me. It was a small juice, a cupcake, and a red bean bun. There was zero attempt to stop for coffee or anything else on the way and I certainly didn’t want to ask after the annoyance to stop for a toilet. Once in Malaysia, my tour guide was sometimes difficult to understand because of his accent and he had difficulty understanding some of my questions as well. I finally got to eat something for lunch around 1pm after being picked up from my hotel at 5am. Make sure you eat a big lunch because that will be your last opportunity for any food until you get back to your hotel, which was close to 8pm for me. I definitely wasn’t going to ask my driver to stop anywhere on the way back. Because of this, I felt dehydrated all day for fear of inconveniencing my driver again by asking him to stop. This tour was AWFUL. For the exorbitant price, they should be ashamed and embarrassed of this tour. Do yourself a gigantic favor and just fly to Malaysia for the day. There’s nothing luxurious or special about this tour. In fact, it’s DANGEROUS and should be investigated.
