A must-do Singaporean experience - Had a fantastic team building experience making Nasi Lemak and Kueh Dadar. Sobna and Helen were great instructors and not only taught us how to make the food, but gave insightful commentary on the historical and cultural aspects of the meals and ingredients. Highly recommend this class for anyone wanting to have a fun Singaporean experience with family, friends, colleagues, but also learn a lot along the way

Great cooking class with experience staff. - Great cooking class with experience staff Sarah, it was a small group of 7 people. Sarah explained the background to the dishes and was great in guiding us through all the steps. Super clean and organised space, easy to find by MRT, bus or walk In the heart of China town. A special touch was it was birthday, and Sarah gifted me a great photo of the day to remember the occasion. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Must do in SG if food/cooking is your thing - This was a great experience for us. Having thw opportunity to learn from someone who really knows local flavors and recipes was amazing. The class was small (6 people) which helped us connect with each other and participate and clarify as needed. They send you the recipes and the pictures that are taken during the class. I would do it again… with a different recipe :)

Fun team building activity!! - An amazing night of cooking, chatting and learning about history of some of the famous local dishes. The cooking class was very engaging and I am sure all of us learnt something new about the dishes we love. I think it is also an interesting experience for our overseas friends. The dishes we chose to cook was Nasi Lemak and Kueh Dadar. While the ingredients were prepped beforehand, we did actually cook from scratch. From raw rice to coconut rice, pounded the chili and all to make samba prawn. Made our own dadar skin and wrapped it. It was not bad coz most of us actually finished eating what we cooked. Fun experience to enjoy with your friends or for team building! Highly recommended! SHIOK LA!
