A Memorable Day Exploring Brussels with Tootbus - I took the Tootbus Brussels Discovery + Mini Europe day tour on August 14, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable days of my trip. As a tourist, I wasn’t very familiar with the city, and at first, I accidentally missed the stop for the Atomium. The bus driver, was incredibly understanding and kindly explained exactly how to get back so I wouldn’t miss my visit. Later in the evening, after enjoying Mini Europe, I felt a bit lost and thought I had missed the last bus. Thankfully, there was one final bus running between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Mr. Muss the driver, reassured me, shared interesting stories about Brussels, and even encouraged me to try the Tootbus by Night tour, which I absolutely loved. Thanks to his kindness and the excellent organization of Tootbus, my day went from stressful to truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Brussels, it’s a fantastic way to see the city and its attractions!

Wonderful - Sheima our bus driver was very kind and helped us a lot. We were running behind and she stopped the bus so we could board it! Very kind and she helped us with the tour!

My Brussels Visit - This tour gave a complete overview of the City of Brussels. The TootBus Hop on Hop Off is a good start to getting to know the city. Going through Viator also has a discounted price for the tickets.

Not value for money! - Expensive for what it was, very few buses on the route meaning you had to wait around a lot. Couldn’t get the app to work either which was annoying as this is what you need to see where the bus is. Commentary was a bit bizarre, it didn’t always keep up with the real time tour and some amazing buildings we passed weren’t even mentioned. Too much incidental music and the narrators own personal opinions seemed to override the facts and information about the buildings and the city we wanted to learn about.

Worse tour ever - Worse tour ever. Audio provided useless information. We learned nothing. I would suggest anything but this tour.. Brussels is a city to avoid, if you can.

Waste of Money - We purchased two-day passes. We used and enjoyed the initial journey to Atomium. However when we went to get the bus back and enjoy the rest of the tour the app said 57 minutes for the next bus. There was already a lot of people waiting. We waiting a good 20 mins but no bus arrived. Theyre advertised as every 20 to 30 minutes. We ended up walking and using public transport. The second day we waited for a bus that the app said was due in 20 mins. We went to the stop, the time came and went and no bus arrived, again we used public transport. Later the same day we waited again at a bus stop and when the bus arrived the driver said no to everyone initially as too full. A couple people got off so he relented and let a few on but told us no. I could see there were seats free on the ground level and said to him there are at least 4 empty seats that I can see, he eventually let us on but left others at the bus stop. When on I could easily see more empty seats (and there were others upstairs). Just seems crazy to me to refuse passengers when there are clearly empty seats. Really regret buying the tickets when I had to use public transport on more than 1 occasion. There are clearly not enough buses on the route for the number of tickets sold or to fulfil the 20/30 minute as advertised. The app with live times is in no way accurate so no idea why its even a feature. I would not recommend to anyone or use again. I did complete a customer survey email but have yet to recieve a reply.

Do NOT take this bus ”tour”. Save your money. - Save your money. Do not take this bus tour. We have been on several hop on hop off tours in various cities around the US and Europe. This was awful. They only ran two buses for the entire loop the day of our tour and buses were more than an hour in between. Once we got on, there was no where to sit and we had to stand the entire time. We had planned to ride the full loop to get an overview of the area but ended up getting off after 3 stops as the bus just continued getting more and more packed. “Customer service” was non existent. Take the local buses or walk.
