Excellent!!! - This was amazing!!!! First, the castle is beautiful. So many great places for pictures. Sintra is an adorable town, very walkable with shops galore! It is very touristy but still beautiful and a fun experience.
Second, our guide (Orlando) was the best! He was so friendly and gave us lots of local history. He was fantastic! Would recommend!

PERFECT in every sense of the word! - Our visit to Cascais and Sintra was SUPERB thanks to our OUTSTANDING guide, Rocardo Domingues. He was extremely professional and yet so friendly and relaxing! He was knowledgeable and the most courteous person, always willing to make our wishes come true! Our memories of Cascais and Sintra will be nothing less than magical thanks to our guide. Excellent tour of Queluz and Sintra - We had an excellent private tour by our guide Sandro. My wife and I visited the Palace or Queluz and then Sintra, and really appreciated that we could relax and just enjoy the tour. Sandro provide a great deal of helpful background and pointed out items of interest that we would have missed had we tried to do the same visit on our own. All in all highly recommended.

Outstanding tour by Teresa - Teresa was a fantastic guide! Knowledgeable and fun, it was more like spending the day with a great friend! She showed us all aspects of the palace and gave great history and interesting facts.

Filipe made this trip a success! - Very convenient to have a private driver and tour guide. The trip up the mountain is an experience in itself! Filipe was friendly and informative and offered other tips for us on our trip around Portugal. In May, the palace was packed with tourists. The hallways and rooms are rather squishy. Very steep incline with many steps. Difficult for the elderly and disabled although the staff do try to make things better for you. Beautiful vistas of nearby hilltops.

The rainy weather Didn't spoil our experience - It was a very last minute booking (8pm) for a 4 hr tour the following morning. Was assigned Ms Ngela who came to the hotel punctually to greet us. It was drizzling and we took along umbrellas just to be sure. Ngela was informative abt Lisbon's culture places of visit and answered questions that we had. When we arrived at Sintra, it was raining heavily. And there was a long queue, due to the fast track, we were able to get past the long line. Whilst the tour was relatively short as Palace was quite small compared to rest that I have seen, it was a good experience to learn abt the history behind it. On the way, back, we had a short walk along Cascais which was very pretty....wished we had more time there. Overall, a good 4 hour spent

Loved our day tour to antra - We were picked up right in front of our hotel and spent the day with Susana as our tour guide. She was very kind and informative. We had a wonderful day trip to Sintra and went to eat the best seafood we had in Portugal at a nearby beach.

Half day Sintra with the family - Unfortunately Peña Palace was closed due to a recent storm but Susana made the best out of it. We toured some alternate sites around Sintra and still had a great time.
