Sintra tour - Our tour direct Mehdi was absolutely fantastic. There were 11 of us with three cars and Mehdi expertly managed all of us his grasp of Portugal’s history was fantastic. I would book tours with him again

Best decision of our trip! - We spent the whole day with our guide, Mehdi, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip to Portugal. He picked us up right on time at our hotel in Lisbon and made everything so easy and enjoyable from the start. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind; the type of person you feel comfortable with right away.
He took us to Sintra where we visited the majestic Pena Palace and the incredibly enchanting Quinta da Regaleira, and also gave us time to enjoy the town. He knew so much about the history of the area and shared it in a way that was interesting and easy to follow, even for our teens.
One thing we really appreciated was that Mehdi never made us feel rushed. He struck the perfect balance of knowing exactly when to provide his expert guidance and when to give us a bit of space to explore on our own, while remaining nearby incase we had questions or needed anything. He recommended a great lunch spot in Sintra, took beautiful family photos for us (and knew how to frame a good shot!), and brought us out along the coast to Cascais, stopping at a few stunning viewpoints along the way.
He also saved us so much time by knowing the best shortcuts, and how to avoid the worst crowds. We were most certainly able to do and see so much more in a day than we would have on our own. It was the best mix of sightseeing, learning, relaxing, and just enjoying the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mehdi!!

Spectacular Lisbon-Sintra trip! - We had the absolute pleasure of spending an unforgettable afternoon with Edhi on a day trip from Lisbon to Sintra and the surrounding areas—and what an experience it was! From the moment we met him, Edhi’s warmth, good humour, and professionalism stood out. He struck the perfect balance between being informative and entertaining, bringing Portugal’s rich history to life with stories and insights that only someone with his depth of knowledge could offer.
Edhi’s historical knowledge is nothing short of immense. Every stop along the way—whether it was the fairytale charm of Sintra, the dramatic cliffs of Cabo da Roca, or the elegant streets of Cascais—was layered with fascinating context that gave us a much richer appreciation of the region. He has a gift for storytelling and a quick wit that made the day feel more like a fun adventure with a friend than a formal tour.
Beyond that, his driving was excellent—smooth, safe, and effortless even on the winding mountain roads. We were able to relax completely and take in the views, knowing we were in great hands. His recommendations for food, photo spots, and hidden gems were spot-on and showed just how well he knows and loves this region.
If you’re looking for a tour guide who’s knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about what he does, Edhi is your guy. This wasn’t just a sightseeing trip—it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend Medi for your tour guide!! - We had an amazing time with Medi exploring Sintra. He was informative, experienced and knowledgeable about the history of Portugal. He was very polite and attentive to the needs of our group. He also knew some tips and tricks to navigate the large crowds and lines. If you go to the Pena Palace ask him to take you through the dark tunnel shortcut. He went way above and beyond and would highly recommend for your trip to Portugal.

Great private day tour - We worked with Medhi to create a tour of Sintra and Cascais for a family of 3. He is very knowledgeable about Portugal’s history and monuments. During our tour we were very well informed, safe, comfortable, and happy. It was a lovely day and I recommend it to others.

Awesome experience - We had a very enjoyable full-day Luxury tour to Sintra with Medi. He made the history very interesting. He was very accommodating of our preferences including Cabo da Roca and shared hidden gem locations with us. The fully electric Mercedes he drove was very comfortable and well-maintained. Medi was attentive and provided thoughtful comforts like umbrellas and phone charging.

We were picked up at our... - We were picked up at our hotel on time. The ride was very comfortable and our host was very accommodating. We were unable to go inside the palaces in Sintra due to the fires, but our host took us to other areas in the city to view the palaces as well as a wonderful spot for lunch. We believe we enjoyed this tour more with the changes because we got to spend more time walking the trails on Cabo de Roca and enjoying Cascais. Our host shared a lot of local history and information with us. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour.

Best of Portugal in a nutshell. - For learning about the history and stories about Portugal and Sintra's important role in shaping the world through visiting all those marvelous places, this is the tour that we most enjoyed during our visit to Portugal. Thanks to our knowledgeable leader who patiently walked us through those Freemasons' secret chambers to the formation of Portuguese Flag.
