Portugal's Best Tour Guide - Our guide, Pedro, made the trip memorable. His knowledge of local attactions was amazing. He knew the history of the castles we visited, the local history of the communities we passed through, the names of plants and where they came from, the best places to take extraordinary pictures, etc, etc... He also took us to a restaurant where we had the best meal of our visit to Portual (so far). His greatest strength was his warm, friendly personality. Within 30 minutes I felt like Pedro was an old friend. Wonderful experience. I wish I could give Pedro 20 extra stars.

Escape in a TukTuk! - If there was a 10 star we would select it. Pedro provided us with an unbelievable day!
His knowledge of the history of Sintra, plants , the BEST scenic views and awareness of one of our members limitation with stairs but ensuring she experienced the stops with the party was over the top.
Take his recommendations for food, our lunch at Restaurant Central was the best! Pedro thought of everything, blankets to help with the cool morning, water and even a local snack for mid day. He provided us a parting gift of tiles to remember our trip!
He loves his town and it shows! Take the tour with Pedro!

Beautiful day in Sintra - Pedro was amazing. He took us all through Sintra and knew so much history. He avoided the big crowds and walked us through all the sight providing the history behind what we were seeing. Lunch was fantastic and so were the stops before reaching our destination in Cascais. Pedro was excellent and would highly recommend him. What a fantastic day. Thank you so much.

A Most Wonderful Day in Sintra - Pedro, our guide, proved to be both congenial and informative. We happily extended our three-hour tour to a 6+ hour experience visiting multiple sites in Sintra. The highlight for me was visiting Monserrate with its gorgeous gardens and beautiful palace. Pedro surprised me with his extensive knowledge of plants. He proved to be both an amateur horticulturist and historian!

Rich Sintra Experience - Ricardo was a gem. He was so accommodating picking us up at the parking lot that was perfect. He made sure we saw everything! We walked a lot and went off roading. Pedro treated us with surprises. It was a lovely day of experiences!

Amazing experience!!! - My daughter and I had Pedro Lopes as our tour guide for a tour of palaces, gardens and included amazing history lessons of Portugal. Pedro was amazing and I would highly recommend him if you are wanting a tour. I felt like we were with a good friend all day and he is just a wonderful person. Thanks so much Pedro!!!

Bravo Pedro- a wonderfully humanist and humane guide to all things Sintra and beyond. - We were so lucky that Pedro found our family (ages 16-95) on a rainy day in Sintra and with his expert, patient guidance, profound botanical, oenological, architectural and historical kowledge, great humanity and essential good humor made our tuk-tuk tour of Monserrat, Sintra and Colares a once-in a lifetime, unforgettable experience. BRAVO!

Amazing full day Sintra and Cascais tour with Pedro - I highly recommend this tour! Pedro was amazing. He was knowledgeable, energetic and fun. He was willing to cater the tour to our interests. Peña Palace was beautiful and the gardens were spectacular. Quinta de Regaleria was just as beautiful. We stopped for a delicious lunch and then went to 3 beautiful beach areas ending in Cascais. We had the best day with Pedro. I highly recommend this tour.

MUST do tour and we loved Pedro! - This tour was sooo wonderful! Pedro was full of knowledge and great energy. The booking was extremely easy, and customizable. My partner and I did the 8 hour all inclusive and it was worth it to have everything pre arranged to include pickup and drop off at the hotel. Pedro was thoughtful to even provide us a little snack before lunch so we wouldn’t get hungry. There were crazy storms and the team offered for us to reschedule or make a trip around the closed roads-
We opted to reschedule and I’m so glad we did. The first part of our tour was crazy with rain and wind but the tuk tuk was comfortable, stayed dry and Pedro had blankets and umbrellas for us. We chose Pena Palace, Regelliera, lunch, wine tasting and caiscais for our options. It’s a long day so be prepared! the castle tours were amazing! Especially regelliera- HIGHLY recommend that one. Sintra is so stunning, I’d love to spend more time there. For me, by the time I got to the end of the day in caiscais I was ready to go home so if I’d have changed anything about the itinerary, it would have been maybe to do an extra castle on the front end and skip caiscais. Lunch was so delicious- I’m kinda picky and I still found plenty to eat at the restaurant.
