- Quinta da Regaleira - Designed and constructed over the last eight centuries, it showcases the cultural, philosophical, and scientific interests of its owner, António Augusto de Carvalho Monteiro (1848-1920), in collaboration with the Italian architect-scenographer Luigi Manini (1848-1936). Their combined creativity resulted in an eclectic-revivalist architectural ensemble, prominently featuring Manueline, Renaissance, Medieval, and Classical styles. Diogo is the best! - Diogo was amazing. He was so detailed in his description of everything. The trip was very well planned and we saw everything we wanted to see in Sintra. I highly recommend booking this trip. For just a few extra Euros per person we were able to take a private tour instead of joining a big group.

A special day! - The tour was amazing from start to finish. We had a personalized receptivity, went to pick us up at the hotel with the super clean car, with bottles of mineral water at our disposal, chair for my daughter, during the journey we felt the dominance of the guide Diogo both with the history of Lisbon to Sintra, as well as with every detail of the areas visited. He adapted the tour according to our profile and the day was perfect. I super recommend. We had a day immersed in history.

Templars and Freemasons - If you are interested in the Templar history and their connection with the Freemasons then this is the tour for you. The guide was very well versed in Templar history and took us to relevant sites in Sintra and Tomar. We saw many artifacts in the sites and discussed the connection to Freemasonry beginning in 1307, and the two organizations subsequent relationships.
I am a retired military officer and the guide also highlighted the geographic positioning of castles across the country as a defense in depth scheme. This was also quite interesting.
The trip also included a stop at an excellent restaurant in Sintra.
All-in-all this is an excellent presentation of history delivered by an impeccable tour company. Enjoy yourselves and soak in the incredible history of the Knights Templar and the Freemasons!!!

Sintra Guided Experience - Amazing day visiting Sintra and seeing the iconic Pena Palace and Moors Castle sites. Our guide Diogo was wonderful - from pick up at the hotel and drop off. He walked us through all the sites and gave details on history, events and relevancy. Highly recommend this tour.

Incredible tour I recommend the experience! - I loved the experience. It is clear the high knowledge of the Guide throughout the whole journey and in all the history of Portugal in the smallest details, which makes the visit become incredible.

Amazing tour! - The trip with Diogo was great! He helped us plan the day based on what our must see sights were and was so knowledgeable about Portuguese history. The service was excellent- he provided plenty of waters in the car, recommendations for lunch, and advice for the rest of our trip! We would absolutely book a tour with Diogo again

Great day seeing much beauty - Diogo was friendly and knowledgeable the entire day! He picked us up from our AirBnB in Lisbon and we spent the day adventuring. He curated the tour as the day went on to allow more time in the gardens as this felt more enjoyable with less people around. The outside of Pena is gorgeous and he knew so much in history about the palaces. He supplied water bottles in the car and checked with us on timing of when to eat and took breaks with us when we needed them from all the walking.

Regalaria/Pena Palace/Cabo da Roca - We had a wonderful day/tour with Diogo. He started the day with the pastry of Sintra (pillow of Sintra) and then headed to the Regalaira which was awesome. We then toured the gardens of Pena Palace and then the Palace itself. We ended the day at the most western point in Europe, Cabo da Roca. It was a spectacular day and we will be hiring Diogo again!

An amazing tour experience! - Diogo was so good! His knowledge of the area/history is impressive and he was extremely nice and comfortable to be around. He also was a safe driver which is always reassuring. He brought us to some beautiful places and also gave us great food recommendations. Without a doubt would recommend Outing Portugal and more specifically, Diogo, for your next adventure!

Loved the tour - We had an excellent tour guide, Diogo, who made our trip to Sintra so much more meaningful. We learned of the history of the castle and palace as we were touring. Diogo let us take our time in each of the locations. I highly recommend taking the tour vs going on your own.
