- In cases where the Palacio da Pena or the Quinta da Regaleira are closed due to natural events (such as storms or fire risk), other alternate places will be visited, such as the National Palace of Sintra and the Palace of Queluz. The tour will not be cancelled in these situations
- The Guide may need to speak more than one language during the tour
- This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants. If you cancel due to failure to comply with this number, a new date or full refund will be presented.

Lukas(with a K= King)! - Small group of 5 in MB spacious van! Lukas had knowledge + at each site we visited. He is pleasant mixed with humor ( must ask him to flex his bicep-surprise photo op)! English was perfect, so we were able to absorb every detail he shared! He’s also a great photographer who gifted us photos & video post tour( he captured precious memories, that we will forever hold close to our hearts)! Lunch stop was at excellent restaurant ( all the wine you can drink is included in the price)! Lukas made our vacation even more pleasurable- Thank You!

Great guide and sights! Take the tour. - Ramos was a great guide. We were well taken care of and he is very knowledgeable about all the areas we visited and about Portugal in general. It was a wonderful tour!

First timer in Lisboa - Ramos was great. Deep knowledge base and answered everyone's questions thoroughly - you will learn a lot! Great recommendations for areas throughout Sintra and Lisboa, too

Touring Sintra with J. Ramos was a pleasure - Ramos clearly explained the architectural and geographic sites while tying them into their cultural importance in Portuguese history. It was not just that, his personal kindness with handling a small tour with young adults with an older couple who had trouble handling the high climbs was pure class!

Take this stupendous tour of must-see Lisbon locations - Hugo from SPR Tours led our small group around these picture-worthy and interesting locations - Sintra, Regaleira, Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca and Cascais. He was very gracious and personable, spoke English fluently, and related interesting stories about where we were and its importance in Portuguese and world history without overwhelming us with data. He provided just the right amount of information.
Hugo gladly answered questions, gave us sufficient free time for exploring a bit, gave us tips on local pastries to eat, and had pre-arranged for tickets to Regaleira so we didn't have to stand in a long line to buy them there. Hugo recommended a place for lunch were we had a delicious meal (not your typical tourist fare, but a place at which he said he loved to eat). All in all a great value and we would highly recommend SPR Tours and Hugo to anyone visiting looking for way to see these must-see places.
Be aware there will be some walking up relatively steep grades and over cobblestones. If you're in reasonable shape you should be fine, but wear appropriate shoes. For those who fear they should not go, there is an option for getting a ride up to the top for Pena Palace. But this is a walking tour nonetheless.
In summary, all of us taking the tour felt it was a wonderful experience and would do it again. Great guide, accommodating tour company, thoughtful tour plan.

This 10+ hour tour was the highlight of our visit to Lisbon! Our guide, Luis, was polite, knowledgeable, and provided detailed insights at every stop along the way. His depth of knowledge and engaging explanations made the entire experience both enjoyable and memorable.
He also took us to an excellent local restaurant for lunch, which was a great touch. Despite covering multiple sites, the tour was very well paced, and he managed everything seamlessly without leaving us feeling exhausted.
Luis went above and beyond by taking plenty of both group and individual photos throughout the day. By the end of the tour, he shared nearly 70 pictures with me, along with additional recommendations for things to do and great restaurants to try.
My wife and I were joined by four other couples, and it was wonderful getting to know everyone, exchanging numbers, and even making new friends along the way.
I would highly recommend this tour—and if you’re lucky enough to have Luis as your guide, you’re in for a fantastic experience.

An amazing trip to sintra - We booked this trip with spr tours and Luis Silva was our guide. Communication before the trip was excellent and we were fully prepared for the day ahead.
Luis was an excellent guide. So friendly and helpful and his knowledge was amazing. We were looked after as if we were his family and he went over and above to ensure we had the best day ever The trip was almost 12 hours but Luis was happy to give his time and did not rush us. He remained cheerful and happy despite the traffic. Luis certainly made the trip very special
