The soul put into the tour by the guide will make any adventure unforgettable! - It was an unparalleled adventure to the ski resort of Shahdag, as well as the accompanying wonders of nature along the way. However, it was not the beauty of the places that made the trip memorable, but the guide leading this tour. Ramiz is not only a professional in his business, with an excellent command of Russian and English, interesting storytelling of the history of these places, but also the soul of the company, he constantly kept a positive attitude and interest, told fascinating stories and was on the same page as tourists!
P.S. Dress warmer!

A well spent day in Shahdag, Baku - Our Shahdag–Baku day tour was absolutely amazing, and that’s all thanks to our outstanding guide, Rasul! From the start, he impressed us with his deep knowledge of both Shahdag’s natural beauty and Baku’s rich cultural history. But what really made the experience unforgettable was how he kept the entire group engaged and energized—even during the longer drives and quieter moments. He filled the travel time with fascinating stories, fun local insights, and lighthearted games that had everyone laughing and bonding. His enthusiasm was contagious, and the ability to connect with every person in the group truly set him apart.
Also the coordinators of the trip were very nice and considerate who arranged pick up from the hotel which got updated in the very last moment without any fuss!!
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Azerbaijan!

Extraordinary - My recent experience with Heritage Tour Company for the Guba Shahdagh Candy Cane Mountain tour in Azerbaijan was nothing short of exceptional. Awsome - Tour was owsome, guide Dinara guided us all the way and is knowledgable and was so kind. We and children enjoyed that long tour a lot. All spots were so beautiful and were given enough time to see all those.

Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed the trip. - Feedback on Shahdag Trip –31st March 2025
Overall, the trip to Shahdag was a good experience. However, there were a few areasthatcouldbeimproved. Our stay at the hotel for lunch was quite disappointing, as most group members did not find the food up to expectations.
The duration of our stay at Shahdag, as well as the time allocated for activities, felt too short. A longer time frame would have allowed us to fully enjoy the destination and its offerings.
The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly our guide, *Mr. Rasool*. He was exceptional—extremely friendly, energetic, and a great entertainer. His enthusiasm kept the group engaged and made the entire day more enjoyable.
We appreciate the effort put into organizing this trip and hope these suggestions help enhance future experiences.

Day trip - ok but long travel. - It was a good day trip.
Involved a lot of travel in one day though.
Guba and candy cane stops were just ok - overhyped.
The best part was Shahdag snow resort.
