• 351 Broadway - Klondike Tours is thrilled to introduce a new Gold Panning Experience right in downtown Skagway! Participants can choose between a cheechaco pan, where everyone finds gold, or a sourdough pan with pay dirt, offering a chance to strike it rich or go broke like true Alaskan miners. The adventure lasts 20 to 30 minutes and is available any time from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week. Conveniently located in the heart of the shopping district, it easily fits into a busy schedule. The cost is $30 per person, and the gold will be weighed for you. After weighing your newfound riches, you can have them set into a bezel and made into a necklace or keychain for a memorable Alaskan souvenir. The experience takes place at our stores on Third and Broadway. Guests can either stop by our store to pan or call in advance to set up a time if needed.
