The suits and equipment... - The suits and equipment provided are warm, comfortable and functional as they are also your life vests. Fun tour and the guides Hannah & Leslie were very informative. Beautiful to see the coastline view from the water. Very fun!

See Alaska up close - Captain Bevin and Nicolette were fantastic. So many eagles and harbor seals! The boat can take you close to the shore, waterfalls and wildlife. It can also go really fast! We were informed, entertained and safe. Highly recommend!

- Had a fantastic time on the water with Capt Jen and Harp our naturalist. Saw lots of wildlife including eagles, harbour seals, various small birds plus much more. Capt Jen certainly knows how to handle the boat skimming the coastline at top speed and performing donuts. Harp was very knowledgeable and great fun explaining everything when we stopped, you can tell she loves her job. If you go to Skagway this is a must.....Loved it.

- This tour was so much fun! Captain Alyssa and naturalist Nicolette were outstanding. We saw many bald eagles and seals. The orange suits kept us warm and dry -- and made for great photos. :) I would highly recommend this tour and would go again if I ever return to Skagway. It is definitely a thrill ride with a side of wildlife viewing. My one suggestion would be to add images of the seats to the website so guests are prepared. You are sort of straddling a saddle; it's not like a chair.

Easily My Favorite Excursion On This Trip - We've cruised Alaska previously so this time we were looking for some different experiences. This looked interesting and doable, so we signed up. So glad we did. It was a BLAST! Everyone there was so nice, funny, helpful and seemed to really care that we had a great experience. From the time Nicolette picked us up to the time we left, we were laughing, learning and loving the experience. It turns out our bus driver (Nicolette) was also our first mate/tour guide/naturalist/comic relief for our excursion. She was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and ecosystem that we experienced and had a sense of humor that wouldn't quit. She's working towards becoming a commercial pilot, but I told her that if that doesn't work out, she has a future in standup comedy. Our captain on the Zodiak was Alyssa. She wasn't nearly as outgoing as Nicolette (but not sure 99% of the population is) but she was a pro at operating the Zodiak and more than eager to answer any questions, chime in when she had something to add and was just a very nice person. The excursion consisted of getting fitted with a bright orange immersion suit so if there's an accident, you have a good chance of surviving in the frigid water. We jokingly called it the Michelin Man suit though it wasn't that bulky. They have gloves with it and had balaclavas and goggles available as well for those that wanted/needed them. Most of us didn't though as the weather was beautiful. Though, when Alyssa opened up the Zodiak, the breeze was definitely chilly. We left the harbor and then basically went up and down the Lynn Canal fjord. We saw many bald eagles, harbor seals and even a stellar sea lion. (Apparently this time of year, they are all shacked up a few miles away "looking for love" so it was unusual to see one in this area at this time.) We also saw several beautiful waterfalls and we able to get really up close to them. In between various sightings and lessons, Alyssa gave us thrills with some high speed, tight turns, circles and other maneuverings. (But I never was nervous or worried. She obviously really knew what she was doing.) Everyone appeared to really love the experience. It wasn't physically challenging at all and I highly recommend it for all ages when you're looking for something to do in Skagway.

- Our extended family of 11 people, ranging in age from 11-80 all had the most amazing time! We had decided to bypass the train tour for our younger family and we were all so pleased with our decision. This was such a fabulous thing to do while we were in Skagway. Nicolette met us with a smile at the spot just off the piers and transported us to their location where we got an introduction and donned our fun outfits! Bivin was our captain and she was excellent at her job. She made sure we got to see all of the cool things on the seaside as well as rock out in our boat! Nicolette was the most enthusiastic and fun naturalist you could ever imagine and we just all had a blast with her. Our vocabularies have been expanded to include cool words like fjord, brine-line, and intertidal zone! Thanks Nicolette! We got to see another brine-line near a glacier the following day:)

Up close and personal - Captain Bevin and Harp were so friendly and knowledgeable and kept everyone safe. This is basically a speedboat tour along the Skagway fjord, with amazing views. Stops to see seals, eagles. Company provides complete rain/cold protection outfit that also serves as life preservers. Great energy,
