A 5 Star Day with Chris in Skagway ✨ - We had an incredible time in Skagway with Chris as our guide! His friendly demeanor and engaging storytelling made the entire experience both fun and informative. He shared fascinating and relevant stories that brought the history of the area to life. The stop at the musher camp was a definite highlight—so unique and exciting! Core memory for sure! We rode with Michelle and her sled dogs, (she has the coolest relationship with her dogs!) drank water straight from a glacier, and stopped to see a small black bear in nature! All of this was set against the most breathtaking scenery you could ever imagine. Highly recommend this tour, and especially Chris—he made it unforgettable!

Very enjoyable excursion for the family! - Excellent tour guide and owner. I didn’t know I had to bring kids birth certificates and they were kind enough to bring me back to shop for those. Tyler was very entertaining, pointing out things along the way. Wish we would’ve had more cash to buy the puppies treats.

Dog sled camp and gold pan - Our group of 8 had an amazing time and they were able to keep us all together. Our bus driver, CJ, was knowledgeable and so much fun. We loved visiting the sled dog camp, getting a ride with them, and petting the puppies. It was interesting to hear about how they plan for and participate in the Iditarod. We enjoyed learning how to pan for gold as well.

Great excursion during a Skagway port of call, great activity for kids of all ages. - Drive from Skagway to the camp was approximately 90 minutes (plan accordingly). Beautiful drive, plenty to see. The dog camp was authentic and our kids had blast playing with the Alaskan Husky pups as well as on the ATV ride with the dogs pulling (we visited during the summer months).

Awesome Experience - This was a really cool experience. Our driver was easy to locate at the cruise port in Skagway. The drive up to the actual location is approx 30-45 minutes. It is a beautiful drive up to the location. Once you are there you rotate between three stations. Time with puppies, overview session of dogsledding and the actual dogsledding experience. The area is very beautiful. Because there is no slow the dogs will pull you in a UTV which is how the train the dogs. Most of the party sits in the UTV, but a few members get to stand in the back of the UTV. If you are able I recommend standing in the back as you have a much better view. It was cold the day we went up in the mountains so dress accordingly.

Great Family Activity - We all loved it! My husband and I went on this trip with our three kids, ages 8-12. They all voted this as one of the highlights of our trip to Alaska. The puppies were so cute.

Great tour! - This was a great tour! We went with our family ages 22 months to 75 years old. Our guide, Chris, was fantastic. He was full of humor, took great photos of my family, and helped my younger daughter pan for gold! We got to the sled dog campsite before any other tours so we were able to get plenty of puppy snuggles and went on a long UTV tour pulled by the dogs. I also loved how we were in a group of about 25 so it wasn’t a huge bus tour which made it feel more personal. Would highly recommend!

Lots of fun! The bus ride... - Lots of fun! The bus ride to the musher camp has beautiful sights and they stop several times for you to take pictures. We even caught fresh water from a waterfall to drink. We stopped at the Canada/Alaska boarder to take pictures. The musher camp was neat and the puppies are adorable! The dog sled pull is in an ATV that’s running. It was beautiful and the woman that runs it is super friendly! My five year old had a blast
