Our exploration starts at the ‘House of Flowers,’ the mausoleum and final resting place of former Yugoslav President, Josip Bros Tito. Next, we’ll visit the magnificent Orthodox Church, the St Sava Church, situated on the Vracar plateau. On our journey to Knjaz Mihajlova Street, we’ll pass by landmarks such as the Slavija Square, the Serbian National Assembly, the Old Palace (City Assembly of Belgrade), Terazije Square, making a stop at the Republic Square. We’ll stroll down the Knjaz Mihajlova Street, possibly stopping for lunch and a coffee break. Afterwards we’ll proceed to the Kalemegdan Fortress where we’ll enjoy panoramic views of the confluence of rivers Sava and Danube, see various sports fields, monuments, and a museum within the gates. To conclude the tour, we’ll retire to our cozy vehicle for the ride back to Skopje.
