Relaxing afternoon at the beach - I was at this beach for an entire afternoon in the company of a friend. Arriving by ferry from Valletta, directly at the point of departure from the ship you can take a bus that leads, after a couple of stops, to the beach. The beach is clean (it was May). There are refreshment points and also a restaurant, where we had lunch, 20€ in total expense for two salads with Caprese (original), water and coffee. Excellent value for money. The sea is very clean. The water is not immediately deep. Also recommended with children!

Affordable Eat at Ramla Valley Kiosk - We just went down to the beach to check. Public, popular beach. We chose to just check a little because we prefer quieter beaches. The sand has a different color here, like orange. There are toilets and serving places. Even a little stall. We did not eat down by the beach but chose to eat at Ramla Valley kiosk which is right at the beginning. Very cheap and quite ok food. So can recommend it. Available seats Didn't check the price level at the beach.

good choice for families with kittle kids - Took the Gozo fast ferry from Valletta to visit Gozo for a day. We decided to go to this beach because we have small children. The beach was very crowded but we still managed to find a spot near to the sea. Rental beds and umbrellas are available for 15 euro/day (2 bed, 1 umbrella). There are places to eat and drink.

Uninteresting - - Any frame without real typicality + Reddish sand - Endless sand with pebbles and stones all over the beach + Very hot and crystal clear water --- Swimming hardly pleasant, even delicate because only on slippery pebbles everywhere (no sand in water)
