We begin with a 30-minute theory session on land, where we discuss surfing at your level, safety, your goals for the lesson, practice movements on land, and warm up before heading into the water to catch waves. Our lessons are tailored to your level, ensuring you feel comfortable and have the best time….

Our lessons include all necessary equipment. Just bring water, sunscreen, and your swimwear. We have experience teaching children as young as 3 years old. All children under 6 require a private instructor for safety. For more experienced surfers who wish to tackle a more challenging break in the area, please inform us in advance. We can discuss your goals and customize the lesson to your level. We have male and female instructors who speak English, Spanish, and Swedish. We will contact you in advance to schedule your lesson, based on the high tides and conditions for that specific day. If you would like photos or videos of your lesson, please let us know beforehand.
