Leavenworth is fantastic, a faux Bavarian Alpine Village with character of its own. A beautiful small town, you’ll have time to shop the many small businesses. Enjoy a delicious meal in one of the many restaurants. From Bavarian food to Mexican and Asian, there are many choices.
NOTE: IN WINTER, the waterfalls have no access. This will be a trip to visit Christmas wonderland, December through March. Enjoy the snow!

Our recent Luxury... - Our recent Luxury Leavenworth Day Trip through the Cascade Mountains was an absolute dream, and a huge part of its success was our incredible tour guide, Cheryl. From start to finish, Cheryl demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, extensive knowledge, and a genuine passion for ensuring every guest had a memorable experience. Her commentary throughout the journey was engaging and informative, providing fascinating insights into the history, geology, and ecology of the Cascade Mountains and the charming Bavarian village of Leavenworth!

We had a great... - We had a great experience. Cheryl was prompt on pickup and very knowledgeable about the area and shared alot of things that were very interesting (geological and demographically)
She had water and snacks for us which was a great treat. She was so kind and accommodating.

Such a lovely day - This is a private tour which makes it extra great and worthwhile. Cheryl is such a lovely person to spend the day with. Great to get out of the city and see all the waterfalls and different areas and Leavenworth is such a pretty little

One of the BEST Tours Since We Started Traveling - This was worth every penny. Cheryl was an amazing tour guide and then some. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the entire area. She gave facts from the businesses to pop culture, agriculture, animals...even geology!!! Not only was I engaged but my 80-year-old mom and two adolescent boys were too! This was the last tour of our whirlwind vacation from Seattle to various ports in Southern Alaska. Needless to say, we were exhausted, and this excursion could have gone south really quick. Cheryl knowing all of this, picked us up timely at port. Had snacks and drinks. On top of the great factoids and conversation to end our trip on a high note!
The waterfalls were breathtaking. Leavenworth was something out of a dream. We got to see elk, nature, various Twin Peaks (the TV show) hot spots, take insanely amazing pictures (I will upload some) and more!!!
Once we got home a lot of folks asked what our favorite parts were from our trip. My 12-year-old told friends that this tour was his favorite! That says a lot as we went dog sledding and fishing in AK! This is a must!!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of taking a tour with Cheryl to Leavenworth, WA, and it exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, Cheryl’s warmth and professionalism made the experience truly memorable. She guided us seamlessly through stunning landscapes, including breathtaking waterfalls, and enriched the journey with her deep knowledge of the area.
What really stood out was Cheryl’s expertise in geology. She explained the unique geological formations we encountered along the way in a way that was both informative and easy to understand, which made us appreciate the scenery even more. Her passion for the subject was evident, and it was clear she genuinely loves sharing her knowledge.
On top of that, Cheryl was incredibly personable—engaging, attentive, and fun! She had a natural way of connecting with us and making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the trip. It felt less like a tour and more like an adventure with a close friend.

What a perfect day!! - We were pleasantly surprised when Cheryl picked us up at the hotel and we were the only people on the tour!! It was an incredible experience that we got to experience all by ourselves (very special compared to the group tours)
The storytelling was so much fun and Cheryl was completely relatable - the perfect host. She spoiled us complete with souvenir water bottles. We brought a little of the Northwest back with us because I remember it every time I use my water bottle.
I would recommend looking at Leavenworth before going because two hours sounds like awhile, but it wasn't - it went FAST! We ask for additional time and Cheryl agreed to let us stay longer.
I can not recommend this experience enough!! GO on a tour with Cheryl! If we return to the area, we will book one of her other tours!!

Amazing Tour of the Mountains, Waterfalls & Bavarian Village! - This Tour & Guide were Both Absolutely Amazing! Cheryl picked us up at the Cruise port upon return of our Alaska Cruise which was such a Blessing and from that time our Tour began! She was so very kind, friendly and considerate of what we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable of the area! When in Seattle this is a MUST Do Tour! We were so please and could not have asked for more!

We listen to the Cascade Loop folder and found that everything was oversold except the views. - Leavenworth is a tourist town. Everything is overpriced. We had two sandwiches and fries for lunch and water and the cost was $60. The service was great. If you are not able to walk a lot and are not willing to pay for overpriced food and merchandise, you may want to avoid this area of the Cascade Loop.
