Explore the Total Adventure Circuit and the Arrábida Natural Park alongside a team of highly skilled experts, specializing in nature and adventure sports for over three decades. Arrábida Natural Park’s Arrábida Rue is the perfect location for a Total Adventure Circuit. Nestled within the Natural Park, and safeguarded by the ancient and unique endemic flora, lies the impressive and renowned geo-monument of the Fenda da Arrábida. This area features natural caves and towering rocky walls, presenting challenges to conquer. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of this natural environment, including its wildlife, plant life, and geology, as they tackle various natural and man-made obstacles. Techniques such as climbing, rappelling, and both horizontal and vertical progression via Via-Ferrata will be employed, all under the guidance of experienced instructors and with the use of personal protective equipment.
