Great Driver and experience even with a 12 hours flight delay, - Our flight was "delayed" for over 12 hours, so we contacted Viator twice to inform them. I was concerned the driver would not adjust accordingly. I am pleased to say, Viator delivered. Our driver, Ronaldo was fantastic, courteous and helpful. The car was very nice, clean and comfortable. the dirve from GRU to Santos, while only about 45 miles took 2 hours because the roads are very crazy. The Immigration, luggage collection and customs experience at the Sao Paulo airport takes a very long time. From exiting the aircraft to the arrivals area took us over one and a half hours, so plan accordingly.You must communicate with them via Whats App for language translation in Brazil.

Tranquility - Our transfer experience from São Paulo to the Port of Santos and return from Santos was smooth, we hired the company Transfer VIP Executive, from the first contact the company gave us confidence, they were super attentive, extremely punctual, the car was super comfortable and our driver extremely kind to us. Great way to see Sau Paulo in a day - The day starts with the driver messaging you his details and where he is going to meet you and it goes this smoothly throughout the day. We were picked up from the port of santos and taken into Sau Paulo city where I had a list of places I wanted to see and we arranged for the driver to stay with us and move us from one place to the next. We walked through Batmans Alley, Paulista Ave, Japan Town and Ipiranga museum and monument. We added in an extra stop at the sky scraper roof deck and then Santos FC for photos on the way back to the port. All is all it was a great safe way to see the city highlights if you only have a day in Santos port. Would definitely recommend and if you get Ewerson as your driver then you will have a great day.

No Show!!!! - Driver never showed up. Did not respond to inquiries to confirm pick up time. Waited. Had to hire an Uber to get to our cruise port on time. Refund my money!!!! Very disappointed. Just arriving home to address this.

Horrible…avoid! - Would leave zero stars. Our driver never showed, leaving us stranded and scrambling for alternatives. Several written communications with the company rep prove we were confirmed. Then, when s/he tried to “make good” on our booking and deliver what we already paid for(!), the price went up $100 USD. Ridiculous.

Terrible - We have been warming for 90 minutes and have Phone 2x to the number in Sao Paulo.. Ther story was we didnt give the right adress but on our papers we found we gave the correct adress! It wasnt the drivers fault..is the organisation..the driver did a good job

Driver didn't show up - Driver didn't show up, said they don't work for Viator and tried to get us to pay them directly. Viator said they won't refund till they contact them but they hung up on Viator
