Angus (R)evolution - Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare three traditional Bulgarian dishes, such as bread, cheese pastry, hot pot, dolmas, and more, based on their preferences and cooking abilities. The menu will be tailored to match individual skills and tastes.
If the weather is pleasant and it’s a weekday, there will be a joint grocery shopping trip to the Woman’s Market, where the instructor will provide insights into Bulgarian products and traditions.
The aim is to acquire new cooking techniques and gain a deeper understanding of Balkan cuisine.
Upon completion of the class, there will be a food tasting session, either for lunch or dinner.
