Sofia walking tour - Our experience with this tour company was truly enjoyable from start to finish. Rumi, our guide for the walking tour of Sofia, arrived right on time and led us through a route that was light, easy to follow, yet still managed to cover all the essential sights. She was not only patient but also highly informative, sharing interesting details at a comfortable pace. Before the tour even began, Hristo was prompt in answering our queries and even suggested alternative options for us to consider. Overall, the company demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring we felt supported both before and after the tour.

Above and Beyond! - I contracted with Visit Bulgaria for a private tour of Sofia for my clients. They loved the tour and the city. Beyond the tour, the company went above and beyond to ensure my client's needs were met by purchasing their train tickets for them when they went on sale, ensuring that my clients would have a sleeper on the train. Recommmend with both hands - We so much enjoyed this tour of Sofia. Chris was so knowleadgeable and he showed us a lot of hidden gems in the capital. We did almost 5 hours and it was excellent.

Excellent experience - The guide was really good and shared interesting information about the city and the country. The places that we visited were well chosen, as well as the route. Excellent organisation and flexibility in terms starting/ending point and time. It was an exciting experience for our guests and they liked the tour a lot,

Sofia - Our guide Bobby was experienced and friendly person. Saw main centers had delicious ice cream. Small city, so not much to explore.

Disappointing to expect a car tour and be given a walking tour instead - Though the guide was very good and informative, she didn’t have a vehicle and we had specifically reserved a driving tour with a “chauffeur” and also paid more for a driven tour so we ended up walking everywhere except for a short metro ride which we paid for in light of our mobility issues

When your private chauffeur doesn't show up with a vehicle!!! - Bait and switch. Paid for a "private chauffeured city tour", and got a very expensive walking tour.
The guide was nice, but we didn't sign up for walking around the city.
