Honeymoon Chefs in the Making - Chef Carmen and her entire family are a delight! We had a cooking class for just my fiancé and myself with Carmen and had a blast!
Carmen is extremely personable and fun, her personality and hospitality is everything you ever hoped for when you think of Italians.
The cooking lesson was engaging and fun all around - worth every single penny!
Our wine glasses were never empty, the appetizers kept coming, the laughs were going and the fun never stoped - Carmen, THANK YOU for your loving hospitality! Our best experience in Italy for our honeymoon ❤️ we will be back!

Chef Carmen - great teacher, great smile, great cook for my 15 year old granddaughter and me - My granddaughter and I packed a lot into 6 days in Sorrento including a boat tour of Amalfi and Positano, 2 days at a beach club and two of the tastiest drinks ever while watching a gorgeous sunset on the balcony of the Grand Hotel Vittoria.
Chef Carmen’s cooking class topped all of these and was our very favorite activity! ❤️
As we began our class, Carmen quickly recognized my granddaughter’s cooking expertise and my total lack of cooking ability and accommodated both of us without any difficulty!
We peeled a few potatoes and cracked a few eggs to make gnocchi and fettuccine, followed by tiramisu. 40 of Carmen’s recipes were shared via email so we were not burdened by having to write down or memorize her recipes.
Carmen’s very able assistants, including her brother, cooked our pasta and added their famous meat sauce.
With our choice of wines, we were served like visiting royalty in Carmen’s beautiful dining area. By the time we ended our leisurely meal we felt like one of the family.
We enthusiastically recommend Chef Carmen’s Cooking Class!

Best cooking class! - Carmen was warm and inviting, and provided the best cooking class! It was a bespoke class covering seabass, lemon chicken, fettuccine bolognese and she kindly even brought us dessert to end the meal! I highly recommend Carmen to anyone wanting to have a fantastic and memorable afternoon learning how to cook perfect pasta and authentic Italian food!

Highlight of our trip - Absolutely loved our experience at Carmen’s Cooking School in Sorrento! I went with a group of friends, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire trip. Carmen was kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable she made learning how to cook so much fun. We left with full bellies and great memories. Can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing Food and Class! - We love Chef Carmen! This was our second year taking a cooking class with her. She immediately makes you feel at home and treats you like family. My 5 year old can be quite shy, and was horrified to find out she would have to get her hands dirty to make pasta dough. Carmen made her feel at ease, told me not to worry about a thing, and before class was over that kid was elbow deep in egg yolks and flour having the time of her life! Moms and kids spent the afternoon cooking, then dads and grandparents came and joined us for dinner- eating what we made during class. The kids were so proud of themselves and everything was delicious! Thank you Carmen for the wonderful memories, we can’t wait to come back next year!

A great experience! - It was our first time doing anything like this on holiday so I was a bit nervous about what to expect, but Chef Carmen was fabulous! She was very welcoming, very entertaining and my husband, daughters (14 and 9) and I had great fun making pasta and gnocchi for a couple of hours...and then eating it! Would definitely look to do another class if we ever return to Sorrento :)

Great experience - Wonderful experience! It was a rainy day in Sorrento so we decided to book this experience last minute. It was a total blast, wine pours freely with lots of laughter and great food 100% recommend. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Best experience in Sorrento - There are not enough stars to rate Carmen and her team. Excellent!!! Bellissimo!!! The best experience in Sorrento. She taught us how to cook and we had so much fun. We had so much fun we booked another class after we finished. Grazie Mille Carmen and team.

The Highlight of Sorrento! Amazing cooking experience! - Chef Carmen is an absolute gem! She was so kind funny and a wonderful host and chef! Me and my 6 friends were coming to Sorrento from Positano for just one night and she accommodated everything. Constant communication and flexibility allowed for us to have an easy transition from ferry to class then even to our Airbnb! She helped us the entire way and we really felt like she treated us like family! NOT TO MENTION THE CLASS AND FOOD WERE SOME OF THE BEST I HAD IN ITALY!! She is 100% worth the experience and would come again!
