Great family experience with teenagers - What a fun midday activity for our family with 2 teenagers! Frank, our guide, was lovely, cheerful and informative. The scenery was stunning and the paddle very doable. Would definitely recommend getting out on the water and spending these 2 hours paddling!

One of the most stunning locations I've ever seen - Highly recommend. Our guides were awesome and both the viewpoint and the route itself are stunning. Don't be afraid if you're an inexperienced rower and simmer, most people can do this.

Very relaxing kayak to a stunning destination - This was really accessible to people who don't kayak. The instruction was clear, they provided waterproof phone cases, dry bags and life vests. There were 2 English speaking guides with us on the water so I felt very safe. The distance was very doable, not too far from Marina grande with a few little stops along the way to the cove beach. We were able to stop and swim for a good amount of time, maybe 30mins before heading back. I am not very fit and this was a very easy distance to do on calm Sorrento waters. I would highly recommend this activity.

Highly Recommend - Very friendly and accommodating staff, they’d thought of everything you’d need (sunglasses strap, mobile phone case etc) Location great, Marina Grande, easy to walk to from town. Lots of lovely waterfront cafe, bars and restaurants around for before / afterwards Time on the water, just under 2 hours, opportunity to swim in lovely pool, see Roman house etc Great way to get on the water, fun, relaxed, safe, no experience required. Highly recommend!

Fantastic fun kayaking - This was really great fun. We had never been in a kayak before so had a 2 person one. There was the option for individual kayaks too. The group was about 10 people plus a couple of instructors. We are 60 and fairly fit from walking but this was not very strenuous. We paddled along the seashore and stopped a couple of times to look at things. We arrived at Bagni Regina Giovanna which is really nice little enclosed lagoon. There we spent 20 minutes swimming and sunbathing. You could go up the steps to look at the roman ruins. Things to know 1) the changing is basic 2) it’s difficult to find and there are other places close by to confuse you. They send you an exact location on google maps - use it. My tip, take a mask and snorkel or goggles because there are pretty fish in the lagoon and water is nice.
