Highly recommend - Transfer from Sorrento to Naples Very responsive company, a great safe driver with a very clean reliable car. Highly recommended

Definitely use SeaHorse - My wife and I were travelling, by train, from Naples to Venice via Sorrento. The driver was on time and very helpful. The office staff, particularly Marina, was always available and very responsive. If you calculate the cost of the ferry to Naples from Sorrento and cab fare, this option, at 30 euros/pp, door to door to the Naples train station is the only way to go. Highly recommend SeaHorse. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again. The only caveat is book early, 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Excellent service - Marco was excellent, it was so easy to find him at the airport (he found us) and short easy walk to his vehicle which accommodated all 4 of us and 3 big suitcases. He drove safely and gave good recommendations for a restaurant to eat at in our area on our late arrival. Highly recommend this company.

Although our train into... - Although our train into Naples was delayed, the driver waited for us (3 weary travelers) and loaded all of our belongings into the van. We were so grateful. He was kind and so helpful. And, we had the same driver back to Naples, so that was awesome! The company representative kept in touch with us and was very helpful. Thank you both.

No problems. The driver... - No problems. The driver showed up on time and got us to the destination on time. I would use this driver again for sure.

Oops! - The driver was great but the designated meeting place was wrong. Nicely the shuttle picked us up at a new place 20 minutes later, but we missed our train.

Transfer was not what we paid for - Had a transfer from Sorrento back to Naples train station upon being picked up at the hotel within 10 minutes. We had to transfer to another vehicle which was ridiculous. If I wanted to ride on a bus, I would’ve traveled on a bus, not a private transfer like we did, the experience was not well received by myself and my wife, as we had to remove our luggage and go to another transfer which was 10 minutes away and transfer was completely full of other people that didn’t worry us , but the experience it self as I said was not good , if I wanted that type of transport, I would traveled public transport, not happy at all. So I expect some compensation back from your company as the experience was not what we expected at all !
