Friendly - We didnât make it to Puerto Plata because of bad weather, but the company made it right with a full refund. We really appreciated their professionalism. We canât wait to try the tour when we visit again!

Memorable - What a memorable day! The catamaran ride was fun, and snorkeling with the fish was a unique experience. The crew made it even better, creating such a lively atmosphere. Worth every penny!

Refund - Unfortunately, our cruise couldnât make it to Puerto Plata due to bad weather, but we were so pleased with how easy it was to get a refund. They were super understanding and made the process simple. Weâll definitely be booking next time weâre in port!

Relaxing - This tour was everything we wanted for a chill day on the water. Beautiful views, a professional crew, and tasty drinks made it the perfect experience. Snorkeling was an added bonus, and we felt so relaxed. A must-do if youâre in Puerto Plata!

Fun - We had such a fantastic time on the Party Boat! The crew was super friendly, and the vibe was amazing. Snorkeling was a blast, and the drinks kept flowing. Definitely a great way to enjoy the Caribbean! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Plata.

Amazing Day in Puerto Plata! - My boyfriend and I had the best time on this tour during our cruise stop in the Dominican Republic! The instructions were clear, and when we arrived at the pier, the staff was right there to greet usâsuper easy and stress-free.
The boat ride was so much fun, with amazing views of the coastline, and Sosua beach was just perfect for relaxing. Amanda, Jose, and the whole crew were awesomeâso friendly and made everything feel special. Plus, there were plenty of drinks to keep us refreshed and enjoying the Caribbean vibes all day long!
It was the perfect birthday surprise for my boyfriendâwe snorkeled, soaked up the sun, and had an unforgettable time. Totally worth it and one of the best parts of our trip! đđčđŽ

Think twice and prepare - I understand they want to get the bang for their buck, but our van was so packed we barely fit. It was not very comfortable being that we had a fairly long drive to Sosua. We were told there would be Tequila on board but they only had rum. Very misleading when I don't drink rum. When I asked I was told it would be coming but it never came. Good thing I brought my own little bottle. The food on the tour was dry and not worth it so make sure you eat before you go. We were told that we were going to a second location to relax but that 2nd spot was actually 5 minutes from our drop off point. Unbelievable

Mixed feelings - Had fun however what I payed for was not the experience promised. Food was great. Host were great. Payed for a 4 hour excursion and only got 2 1/2 hours and was told by the host that I was given a private excursion that is only 2 1/2 hours. If I had the other excursion it would have been 4 hours. I never signed up for a private excursion but thatâs what they made it.

Do not book this trip - The driver never arrived. Our trip was canceled much to the sorrow of my children. We waited almost an hour in the hot sun with no response from the operators. I did receive a refund at least.

Horrible. Never booking - 0/5
Didnât ever tell us it got cancelled because of the weather and we were sitting there waiting for hours on them to pick us up. Terrible. So ridiculous and we had to call trip advisor 5 times before we got it figured out thag it was cancelled due to weather
