Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
Kruger National Park - The tour begins today, starting in Johannesburg and heading towards Kruger Park.
A shuttle will transport you from Johannesburg to Kruger. Upon arrival at the hotel around noon, there will be time to relax.
At 4:00 pm, embark on a sunset safari in Kruger National Park, accompanied by your guide who will be with you throughout the tour.
After the sunset safari, your guide will escort you back to the hotel, just in time for dinner.
Following dinner, enjoy an early rest to prepare for the next day’s safari.
Kruger National Park Safari - Full Day
Kruger National Park - Rise before dawn for another safari with the same ranger as the previous day, allowing you to witness a stunning sunrise once more. Explore a different area of the KNP, with the guide focusing on spotting wildlife that may have been missed the day before.
Visit various water holes, lookout points, and rivers, enjoying pre-packed breakfasts at a local picnic spot. Afterwards, explore bird hides and search for the majestic Big 5 again.
The locations for breakfast and lunch, as on the previous day, depend on the guide’s choice and the route taken in the KNP. Return to the lodge around 4 pm for a swim, relaxation, and to reflect on the past few days of adventures. Ensure an early bedtime to prepare for the upcoming Panorama tour.
Panorama Tour Full Day
Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve - Today, enjoy a slightly later start and, after a hearty breakfast at the lodge, travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the scenic Mpumalanga Highveld.
Visit the world’s third-largest canyon – the Blyde River Canyon – along with the Three Rondavels and the quaint town of Graskop, where lunch and souvenir shopping await. Explore Bourke’s Luck Potholes in the Blade River and nearby waterfalls like Lisbon and Mac Mac Falls. This day is designed to be relaxing.
Return in the afternoon for leisure time, a swim, and rest after the exciting days. Enjoy dinner and rest up for the next day’s animal sightings in the Park.
Kruger Park to Johannesburg
Kruger National Park - On the final day of the tour, enjoy one last safari before returning to Johannesburg.
Your guide will pick you up at the hotel at 5:00 am for the safari, offering a final opportunity to spot any animals not yet seen.
Around 11:45 am, the shuttle will depart for Johannesburg, concluding the tour.
