• Cape Town - Begin your day with a pick-up from your accommodation in Cape Town at 8:00 am. Enjoy a thrilling day starting with a scenic helicopter flight, sightseeing along the Atlantic seaboard and Chapman’s Peak Drive, and exploring Boulder’s Penguins Colony and the Cape of Good Hope/Cape Point.
• NAC Helicopters Cape Town - Upon arrival at the helipad at V&A Waterfront, check-in, enjoy a welcome drink, and receive a safety briefing. An experienced usher will ensure you are securely seated and assist with headphones for live commentary.

The helicopter flight lasts approximately 16 minutes.

Fly over Cape Town’s picturesque City Bowl area and out over the Atlantic Ocean. Experience the stunning blue-green waters stretching to the horizon, occasionally interrupted by whales or dolphins. Admire the majestic Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles mountain range, cascading into the sandy white beaches and seaside suburbs of Clifton, Camps Bay, and Llandudno.

Take in the views of Seal Island before crossing into Hout Bay and Chapman’s Peak, one of the most scenic drives globally. Relive the experience as you return along the Peninsula to the V&A Waterfront Helipad.

• Maiden’s Cove - After this incredible experience, join your tour guide and board the vehicle for the remainder of your Cape Peninsula private tour. Drive via Sea Point, Bantry Bay, and Clifton, stopping at Maiden’s Cove lookout point in Camps Bay for a photo opportunity.
• Chapman’s Peak Drive - Continue through Llandudno and Hout Bay towards Chapman’s Peak Drive, stopping at the viewpoint for photos. Chapman’s Peak is renowned as one of the world’s most beautiful drives.
• Groot Constantia - At Groot Constantia wine estate, guests can taste up to six wines of both white and red cultivars. Rich in history, Groot Constantia is one of South Africa’s oldest wine estates, producing award-winning wines for over 300 years.
• Harbour House Kalk Bay - Drive down to Kalk Bay for lunch at Harbour House Restaurant, offering breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy a 3-course lunch with options of fresh seafood, meat, poultry, or vegetarian dishes. (Food only) (Drinks at own expense)
• Simon’s Town - After lunch, travel to Simon’s Town to visit the monument of Just Nuisance, the Great Dane Dog famous in the SA Navy.
• Boulders Beach Penguin Colony - Arrive at Boulders Penguin Colony and walk the boardwalk to view the endangered African Penguins colony. Observe approximately 2500 African penguins in their natural habitat.
• Cape of Good Hope - The tour concludes with a visit to the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve and Cape Point lighthouse. Explore the monuments of Vasco Da Gama and Bartolomeu Dias, with your guide sharing the history of the two beacons. Capture a photo behind the iconic Cape of Good Hope nameboard.
• Cape Point - Travel to Cape Point and take the Cape Point Funicular to the lighthouse. Explore the viewpoint and take photos. Your guide will accompany you to the top of the lighthouse.
• Cape Town - Return via the Old Cape Road to Cape Town for drop-off at your accommodation.

• Please note: In the event of adverse weather conditions (strong wind), the helicopter tour will take off from the helipad in the waterfront and fly in the direction of Robben Island along the Cape West Coast pass Bloubergstrand
• Should the weather conditions prevent the helicopter from flying, you will have an option to re-schedule the helicopter ride for another day
• As stated by Civil Aviation Regulations all mobile/cellular phones need to be switched off during the flight and cannot be used in flight mode as the device still transmits a signal that interferes with the helicopters radios. You are welcome to take pictures or film during the flight.
• We are no longer allowed to fly over the top of Table Mountain as it is has been designated as part of a national park and is a protected area.
• If possible, please inform us of your combined passenger weights when making your booking. All passengers will be weighed prior to departure, however supplying us with your weights beforehand will enable us to advise you if there is a problem with the weight of the aircraft you have booked. Should the helicopter be over its weight limitation, we reserve the right to upgrade to a bigger helicopter at the passenger’s expense, or one passenger can choose not to fly.
