iSimangaliso Wetland Park - Recognized as South Africa’s first World Heritage Site in December 1999, iSimangaliso Wetland Park is celebrated for its exceptional natural beauty and unique global significance. This expansive protected area is located along the coast of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal Province. The park’s highlight is the expansive Lake St. Lucia, which is home to numerous hippos, crocodiles, pelicans, and flamingos.

Upon arrival at iSimangaliso Wetland Park, the adventure begins with a game drive in one of the St Lucia game reserves. Visitors have the chance to observe a variety of wildlife, including some of the Big Five. Expect to see large numbers of giraffes, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, kudus, impalas, and much more. The area boasts a diverse range of tree and bird species, making it a truly beautiful bush to explore.

After lunch in the late afternoon, enjoy the unforgettable Croc and Hippo Boat Cruise on the St Lucia Estuary.

On day 2, the day starts with breakfast, followed by a drive to Hluhluwe Imfolozi Reserve

Hluhluwe Game Reserve - Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park, previously known as Hluhluwe–Umfolozi Game Reserve, is Africa’s oldest proclaimed nature reserve. Covering 960 km² (96,000 ha) of hilly terrain, it is situated 280 kilometers (170 miles) north of Durban in central KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The park is renowned for its abundant wildlife and conservation efforts. Managed by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, it is the only state-run park in KwaZulu-Natal where all of the Big Five game animals can be found. Here, visitors embark on a 4x4 Game Drive to see a wide variety of animals, including the Big Five. The Hluhluwe Game Reserve features some of the most breathtaking natural landscapes imaginable.

After the game drive, the journey continues back to Durban, with an expected arrival in the late afternoon around 6 pm.
