Autumn tour of brewery - Tilly was an excellent guide and told us lots of interesting stories. The tasting paddle at the end was great. Cascade needs to send more beer styles to mainland Australia!

Cascade Brewery - This tour was interesting with the history of the brewery and the method of brewing both now and in the past. Our tour guide was friendly, informative and entertaining. I found going through the actual brewery very interesting and the smells was very nice. It seems that there are rather happy employees at this brewery. The atmosphere was happy and buoyant. I enjoyed the tasting paddle and had a lively conversation with the other guests on our tour. We had a stroll through the beautiful gardens too. The garden is very well kept with a pleasing design. The whole place is just a lovely place to be whether it is for the tour or lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. I recommend this tour for everyone.

Great tour, even better stout...and lager...and original pale ale. - Fascinating history and insights provided by our excellent tour guide, Tilley. Who would have thought that a Tasmanian brewery had a scandal ridden history. Definitely recommend a tour with Tilley.

Great Tour but check the Brewery is Actually operating before you Book to avoid Dissapointement - The Cascade Tour was very informative and our guide Max did a fantastic job with his knowledge and history of the brewery, the dissapointing thing was we did not get to see any bottles or cans rolling around to be filled or in fact not one piece of machinery moving, and in the whole time we were there saw 1 worker who walked out pressed a button and dissapeared, even though at the start of the tour we were told several times to be mindeful that people would be working there and to respect them and to stay out of their way??? Our tour was at 2.30pm on a Wednesday afternoon and nothing was happening inside the Brewery at all, I have read other reviews of people saying they went on the tour on a Friday afternoon and were told the workers finish at Midday on Fridays, it seems they finish at midday every day?? If you are planning on doing this tour ring ahead and see what times the actual factory does operate. We were happy with our 4 sample beers on the tasting paddle at the end of the tour and to sit in the beautiful garden and enjoy them.

Historically Rich and Delicious Beer - The Cascade Brewery Tour was informative and cool! There was lots of history and education on the way beer is made. The factory wasn't going during our tour as it was a quiet week. We had a palet of four of the beers made at this brewery included in the tour.

Don’t bother on Friday!! - Took a group of 12 for the tour, some interesting facts re history and current corporate ownership. Saw absolutely nothing as no staff working on a Friday afternoon. Full group felt disappointed that tours were run when brewery is not operational, seems to defeat the purpose of why we completed the tour. Left the tour feeling better about supporting local small craft breweries….. Cascade…it’s a no from me!
