Great tour and tasting - Great experience. A very good guided tour trough the brewerie. Finished by a great tasting of 4 beers. After the tour we've had a great lunch and spent Senegal hours in the garden tasting more lovely beers.

Beer and History - We were able to book this tour only an hour beforehand and as it was a small group, we felt like it was a private tour. Ellie did a fantastic job in giving us the colourful history of the Brewery and explaining the beer making process thoroughly. She was an absolute delight. We really enjoyed the taster at the end of the tour. We then went to the Cascade Bar and had a great lunch and a few more drinks in the garden. It was an absolutely enjoyable way to spend a few hours on a sunny Hobart day.

Great place to visit - Did the tour this time and was very informative. Amazed that the main building is only so wide. Good to see it all and learn more about the industry

Beer Tour, Tasting & Lunch! - We really enjoyed the Cascade Brewery tour; we got to the tour from the Hobart Hop on and off from the Cruise Terminal; the tour includes a history of the brewery and a nice beer tasting at the end. Highly recommend - the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly! We stayed after the tour for lunch at their restaurant, which was amazing!

Casquet-De Brewery Tour - It was a very careful guide to the process. The tour was an hour long, with questions from participants each time. After the tour, we were offered four different beers. The adjoining Garden restaurant was excellent, with a good atmosphere and good food.

Well Worth a Visit – Tour, Tasting and Beer Garden - We booked the Cascade Brewery tour for the afternoon, which worked perfectly as it allowed us to do the Easy Bike Tour – Mt Wellington Summit Descent & Rainforest Ride beforehand. I enjoyed this tour; however, as we visited on the weekend, the brewery wasn’t actually operating. That said, it was still interesting and much quieter without the noise of machinery. Following the tour, you’re rewarded with a beer tasting paddle, which you can enjoy in the Museum Bar or take outside to the lovely, expansive beer garden. This is a very nice and popular pub. I would definitely recommend booking a tour, or at the very least stopping in for a beer or two. The menu also looked great.

It was a good experience shared with my family - It was interesting, learnt new things. It was well paced. The presenter was clear and fun. Although she did talk a little to fast at times. The tour was very informative and well presented.
